Chapter 16

I was sitting in class and when the bell rang and we all stood up to go to our next lesson. In the next lesson Jesy sat next to me and Perrie and Lauren were sitting behind us.

"How are things with Perrie?" Jesy whispered.

"Okay."

"Was she mad about that lie?"

"No, just dissapointed."

"Well, you're lucky then."

"I guess so."

"You told her that to make her jealous didn't you?"

"Okay, maybe. But it doesn't matter, there is never going to be something between us."

"Who knows? Maybe she likes you too."

"No, she doesn't. You know that and like I said earlier it's just a crush, it'll go away."

"Whatever, you 2 would be cute together." She said winking.

"Oh, shu..." I was about to say but Perrie interrupted me.

"Okay, I didn't want to interrupt anything but I heard my name like twice, and I know you guys are talking about me. So what are you talking about?"

"It wasn't about you." I said turning around.

"Oh really? This really isn't the first time I hear you two talking using my name."

"Lol, we were just talking about school and stuff."

"Stop lying Jade. Jesy please tell me the truth. Were you talking about me?" She asked and Jesy just threw her hands in the air.

"I knew it." She said and gave me an angry look.

"We weren't saying anything bad." I said.

"Then why don't you tell me what you said about me?"

"Girls, attention please!" The teacher yelled and I just gave Perrie a weak smile and turned around to face the teacher.

"You better fucking tell me!" Perrie whisper yelled.

"Alright after school." I said.

"Jade Thirlwall stop turning around and focus." The teacher yelled and I nodded.

When the last lesson ended I wanted to run away so I didn't have to face Perrie. She always comes later anyways, but before I could go she stopped me.

"Hoho, where you going, Jade?"

"You said after school didn't you?"

"Yeah, I did." I answered.

"Can you come with me to get my books? It'll only take 2 minutes."

"Alright." I said and we took her books and left the school to take the bus. Luckily the bud had just come.

"Now, why am I such an interesting subject between you and Jesy?" She asked.

"Look, she just asked who else knows that i'm you know bi, and I said you."

"I feel like you're lying."

"I'm not."

"Yeah, you are."

"Perrie, it really isn't that important just trust me."

"How am I supposed to trust you after that lie you told me about your imaginary girlfriend in Miami?"

"Well, you got me there."

"C'mon we're almost at your stop, tell me."

"There is nothing to tell." I said and she gave me a sad look.

"Now excuse me, I need to get off here." I said as I wanted to leave the bus but she stopped me.

"You're going nowhere until you've told me."

"Damn, you wanna play it like this?"

"You know I always win at games." She said smiling.

"Liar."

"You're a liar."

"Fine, you wanna know what we were talking about?"

"That's what i've been asking you for hours now."

"I think that I have a crush on you, you happy now?"

"Wait what? Crush on me?"

"Yeah, but don't worry. I'm not even sure if it's a crush maybe it's a friend crush who knows and it'll go away. So please don't act any different, everything just stays the same okay?"

"Okay." She said and I said goodbye and left the bus.

I can't believe I told her this, she's probably never going to talk to me again. I'm so stupid why did I tell her. I just ruined our friendship. Normally she texts me every day after school but she didn't now. I guess we all know why. After I had dinner I recieved a text message and it is from Perrie. I'm so scared to read it, but I have to.

*text messages between Jade and Perrie*

Perrie: Look Jade, I know you're scared now about our friendship, but I promise you nothing is going to change. I was just shocked and I really didn't expect that.

Perrie: How can you even have a crush on me? Like there are so many beautiful girls out there and i'm just normal, there's nothing special about me.

Jade: Well, I guess you must be pretty special to me.

Perrie: That's very cute though.

Jade: And don't ever say that again, you're perfect. I'm just not sure if this is really a crush or not.

Perrie: How are you not sure? You know what having a crush feels like don't you?

Jade: I actually don't.

Perrie: What? You never had a crush?

Jade: No, that's why i'm not sure if I really have one on you.

Perrie: Well, if you do have then i'm your first crush. Oh my God, I do feel special right now.

Jade: You are.

Perrie: But Jade, you know that i'm straight right?

Jade: Yeah, I know. You're boy craaaaazyyy ;)

Perrie: I'm sorry, I do love you a lot.

Jade: I love you too and this will go away I promise. It's probably just a little crush nothing more.

Perrie: You do deserve the world, you're such a good person, you're amazing. I'm really happy to have you in my life.

Jade: Awww same, I actually really expected you to reject me and be like "I'M STRAIGHT."

Perrie: How can I reject you if you don't even know yourself if this is real a crush?

Jade: Jep, that's so true.

Perrie: i'm gonna sleep Jadey, goodnight :*

Jade: Goodnight :)

Wow i'm so glad things are staying the same, I really can't do without her so i'm happy she doesn't hate me. She didn't even really reject me that is pretty weird though but I guess she will later on.

Do you guys think something will happen between Perrie and Jade or nah? And I just want to say this story is based on my own experiences that's why it's only in Jade's pov. I know the story is a bit slow now, but a lot of shit is going to happen so wait for it. Please leave a comment and vote!
