before,
i once believed
in that particular time
you're wishes would come true

before,
i'd always wait for that number
as i waited for you to love me back
even if the chances were low

before,
i'd wish about us
that we'd stay til the end
and would go through eveything together

i'd think and wait for my wishes to come true
like when the long wait was over,
when you were finally mine, got real
and every other wishes came true

but it really did not
for you never loved me back
and i am still waiting for you till now.
like how i wished to pass
in your heart like when i aced exams.
how i wished you would have loved me
like how my dad loves my mother very much

but no,
not really
caue this is reality
where wishes are fantasies
and reality is like an ilusion
of which will make our future.
