FORGOT

I was still in the process of getting myself back
when i knew you in my journey to success
Yet we had different paths to take
so silly of me to join you.

I got to know you more than i expected
I thought that my wrong decision led me right
But i was wrong again
cause i lost myself even more.

I didn't bother
and just planned another time
But fate didn't let me
instead, it gave me karma.

Me and you changed
We lost time for each other
that hurted me more
and lost myself more and more.

Then i got into my senses
I realized that i should find myself;
leave you that'll hurt me even more
but i need to find myself first.

So i completely changed
You got confused, why
Then i left you
that made a big bruise in my heart.

Time passed and I'm still not myself
I got you out of my system but i can't help myself to think of you again
I got into a completely different person, and left my old self
But i regret it now.

Too bad i can't go back to the past
When i was ready to continue my journey for myself
And i won't come with you
So that I'm not aching like this today.

If were given a wish
I'd wish that you'll read this
and know that this is me
The girl that was almost yours before.
