Amilia looked down at Oglm as she stood over his bed.
"He should be waking up soon." a doctor said coming from the back of his room. "His reports show it." the doctor said pointing to the monitors. Amilia looked to him and smiled.
"That's good." she responded.
"Would you like to sit? I can bring out a chair."
Amilia looked up to him.
"Oh, no. I was just stopping to check on him quick. I'll be off now, thank you." Amilia waved as she left the room. She walked down the hallway and then reached the lobby. Yxeyhzfk was waiting unpatiently in his usual seat. Amilia didn't come right out after she was cleared by the doctor, but rather sat in the room thinking about Unora and what she was going to do about her. She didn't come to any major decisions, but told herself to dwell on the subject later. She was excited that the doctor removed her neck brace and allowed her to train again. She still had bandages which restricted what she could do, but it was something to do. "Hix?" Amilia said standing in front of him.
"Uh, Nsefen." he said standing to give her a hug. He moved his hands down past her shoulders a little ways. "I'm so glad you're alright." he told her. He took his hands off of her. "How is Oglm?"
"He hasn't woken up yet." Amilia looked down. "But he should soon. His vitals are pointing towards that direction."
"That's magnificent." he said.
"Could you stay here and wait for him?" Yxeyhzfk looked up to her. Then he smiled.
"Make sure you see your mother."
Amilia smiled and then walked out of the medical tent. Amilia walked through the streets of the Market trying to figure out what to do. After a while of walking through the Market she thought she might tell them about Unora, but wasn't quite sure. That's when she stopped in front of the wall her and Unora first met at. She walked to the wall and put her hand on it. The wall opened up and Amilia walked forward. Unora sat upon her makeshift throne. This was the first time Amilia was truly conscious in Unora's presence. Unora looked down to Amilia as Amilia walked forward.
"What a surprise." Unora started. "I wasn't expecting to ever see you again, my dear."
Amilia stopped walking when she knew they both could clearly see and hear each other.
"You think I want to be here?"
"Heavens no." Unora responded. "I used you multiple times, i know i would hate that. I had to stop myself, don't you know."
Amilia sighed. Then she pointed to Unora.
"Stop going after my friends and family. Stop trying to kill me!"
"Oh, those were tests. I wanted to see your worth." she paused dramatically. "All your friends and family protected you! And since you're still alive..."
"I'm not working for you."
"Oh, please?" Unora pleaded. "It will be much fun."
"Not going t-"
"Let me stop you." Unora interrupted. "I didn't want to motivate you like this, but, you are being difficult."
"What are you talking about, you have no cards on me."
"I do have one." Unora cupped her hand to her mouth and looked at her nervously. "I could kill your instructor."
"W-who?"
"Akxfo Vlminff. There are dangerous levels of incurable toxins in his blood. Why within a snap of my finger his life could flat line."
Amilia's eyes shook. Unora got up and walked down to Amilia. "It's truly not that bad." she paused and extended her hand. "What do you say Amilia dear?" she waited for Amilia to respond. "It's up to you." Amilia clenched her fist. She grabbed Unora's hand and they shook on it.
"Wake him up." she said before she let go. Unora put her finger to Amilia's mouth.
"Tell no one. Your mind is made up, do you hear?"
"Yes mam."
