"Hey Y/N," Taehyung asks as he sinks down opposite you on the couch. He pulls his legs close to him, leaning back on the large pillow getting comfortable as he watches you. "You awake?"

"Of course," you whisper back, opening your eyes wider so he can see them through the dim light of the living room. "When have I ever fallen asleep during one of our movies Tae?"

"You fell asleep when we watched that documentary on comets." He points out at once, slyly. Your eyebrows furrow as you cock your head to the side, unable to contain your sheepish smile. "We watched a documentary on comets?" He laughs and you chuckle as well, supposing you'd fallen asleep right away and missed the entire thing. "Yeah but seriously," you add. "That was really boring. Unless it's a movie with an interesting storyline, I'm not going to watch through anything science-related."

"Whats your favorite one so far?" He purses his lips leaning forward a little, interested.

"Passengers was good," you say, looking into the distance as you think."And really sad too...but The Space Between Us..." you trail off. You turn to the television screen a little sadly. Movie nights with Taehyung weren't rare especially as you two loved to comment on the many decisions of the actors and object to the few scientific or historical statements. You mostly watched science fiction as you'd hoped it would aid all your issues but nothing seemed to go as smoothly as they did in the movies. Both Taehyung and you had decided not to watch movies that took place on Earth for two main reasons, one for educating yourself on the survival on other planets and secondly, because it just made you depressed especially after the truth. It all seemed to get more confusing the more you found out and even though science movies or Namjoon's limited knowledge may not really help they were better than nothing. Things seemed to be falling into place no matter what. You were all working hard on the space ship trying to understand how to maneuver the thing and even if it meant endless hours of science fiction movies and reading through manual journals, the fact that the destination was home got you all moving.

You smile to yourself as you recall how organised and confident Namjoon had been while instructing you and the others last evening. You hadn't really being paying attention instead you had wandered of into an imagination of Namjoon as a professor. Back on Earth in front of a large class, he must have really had an impact.

Earth. You sigh. In these movies the mention of Earth was inescapable. Certain films really portrayed the landscape of home, of other people, of traffic jams, of busy restaurants...of life. It made you feel so homesick in a sense.

Taehyung catches what you mean to say by your lack of words, understanding your thoughts, but doesn't reply, not wanting to add anything that may ruin the atmosphere.

"I love that movie," he ends up saying.

You smile at him and let out a sigh. "I guess no matter how many movies we watch, we'll still remain as clueless as we are, won't we?"

"That's not true," Taehyung counters. "We've actually managed to figure out some heavy stuff. I think that's pretty admirable."

You look at each other in a comfortable silence, acknowledging the exchanged conversation and soaking in the warmth of the surface. It was peculiar how your days were colder than your nights as they were spent underground.

"You're right," you say, taking the gist of his pride. "By now we should be making our own movies."

"Think about it," Taehyung says, suddenly. "Seokjin hyung does that for a living, everyday."

"He's amazing." you fold my arms underneath my chest. "He's the last person who deserved this. Every time I think of it it just makes me angrier and sadder."
