In this story, Alya and Nino, Chloe and Nathaniel, Sabine, Natalie, and Gabriel, all want Adrienette to happen! What do they do?
"Alya, I need your help!" Chloe says.
"What is it, Chole?" Alya asks.
"We need to find a way to get Marinette and Adrien together," Chloe says.
"I agree," Alya says.
"I will help," Nathaniel says.
"Same here," Nino remarks.
"I will offer my assistance," Sabine says.
"I want them to be happy together, too," Gabriel says.
"Good then, here is the plan," Alya remarks.
"How will we get Marinette to agree to this?" Chloe asks.
"Do not worry, just leave it to me!" Alya answers.
"I think this is great," Natalie says.
Alya sees Marinette and waves her over. "Marinette, guess what?" Alya asks.
"What is it, Alya?" Marinette asks.
"Nino and I know someone who wants to meet you at this address, "Alya says. She hands her a slip of paper with the address on it.
The note says, "Meet me at Cafe Con Leche at 5 pm today! Be there or be square. Sincerely, a friend!"
"Thanks, so much! Bye, see you later!" Marinette says. She goes home.
After she left, Chole says, "Haha, she is so gullible!"
"Who is so gullible?" Adrien asks.
"She means she hopes you have fun tonight!" Alya and Nino say at the same time.
"Fun where?" Adrien asks.
"Here, Adrien!" Chloe says as she hands him a slip of paper.
"Thanks, but what is this all about Chloe?" Adrien asks.
"Just read it already," Chloe says.
His note says the same thing as Marinette's, but he does not know this though. "Wow, this sounds like a fancy event!" Adrien says.
"Bye," Adrien leaves with a huge grin on his face.
After Adrien left, Alya says, "Bye, see you all later!"
"Sure, see you dudette!" Nino replies.
" I hope everything goes well,'' Chole says.
"I hope so too, it would be so great for Adrien to be happy!" Gabriel says.
"Same goes for my daughter," Sabine says.
Later, at 5 pm at Cafe Con Leche, Marinette arrives and wonders who is to meet her there.
Adrien sees her and is surprised. "Marinette, what brings you here?" Adrien asks.
"A-Adrien, where is Alya, Nino, Nathaniel, and Chole?" Marinette asks.
" I do not know," Adrien answers.
Alya whispers, "Quick, shut the doors and bolt them!"
The doors slam fast behind them, and Chole bolts them.
"What was that noise?" Adrien asks. He checks the door.
"I do not know," Marinette responds.
"I am sorry, Marinette, " Adrien says.
"S-sorry for what A-Adrien?" Marinette asks.
" The door is stuck, it appears to be locked," Adrien says.
"Locked, how?" Marinette asks.
"You mean you did not invite me here?" Adrien asks.
"N-No, I thought Alya and Nino invited me..." Marinette explains.
"Oh, my goodness! Alya and Nino must have set us up!" Adrien says.
"Oh, everyone knows that is impossible, since you do not like me," Marinette says.
"Marinette, please do not ever say that again!" Adrien says.
"Why not? It is true, you do not like me," Marinette remarks.
"Marinette, I do like you!" Adrien replies.
"Wh-what? You do not mean it," She responds.
"I do mean it Marinette. I like you!" He says.
"P-prove it then," Marinette says. She rolls her eyes because she thinks he is just joking around.
Adrien pulls her close and kisses her. He pulls away with a blush on his face. "D-Did that prove i-it?" Adrien asks.
"Y-yeah, it did!" Marinette says. She blushes too.
"How do you feel about me?" Adrien asks.
Marinette steps on her tiptoes, so she can lean in and kiss him.
Adrien feels her lips touch his and kisses her back.
Marinette pulls away. "Does that answer your question?" She asks.
"Marinette you like me! Why did you never tell me?" Adrien asks.
"I am sorry. I thought you did not care," Marinette says.
"I love you!" Adrien says. He kisses her again.
"Marinette, I am so happy!" Adrien tells her.
"I love you too!'' Marinette says.
Adrien and Marinette kiss again. They do not notice when the door opens.
"Awe, how cute!" Natalie says.
"Looks, like the plan works!" Chloe says.
"Yes, Adrienette is together!" Sabine says.
"I knew they like each other," Gabriel says.
"I agree," Nathaniel remarks.
"I see they are happy!" Alya says.
"Yes, they are together!" Nino says.
"Wow, I can not believe it worked," Nathaniel says.
"Mom, and everyone else, how long have you been standing there?" Marinette asks.
"Yes, how long have you been watching us?" Adrien asks.
"Long enough to get this!" Alya smirks as she shows them a photo she took of the two kissing.
"Alya, send me a copy of it, will you?" Adrien asks.
"Sure, I will text a copy to you both," Alya says.
Adrien looks at Marinette and giggles. "Will you be my girlfriend, Marinette?" Adrien asks.
"Yes, I will be glad to, Adrien!" Marinette says.
