Y/N's P.O.V
After you left the store, Jin and the bodyguards cleared a path to get back to the car. The Prince helped you back I to the car but as soon as the door closed it was back the same icy persona. He didn't talk to you or even looked at you. You felt like you weren't even in the car and more like a ghost.
"Where are we headed to next." Asked the Prince.
Jin looked at his tablet and scanned over the screen. "According to the schedule, we will be going to the city hall to make a public appearance. This is where you and Y/N will be talking about the royal wedding."
"Wait... I have to make a speech?" You stared at Jin in horror.
"Well... yes but actually no. A speech was already written for you, you just have to read it. No one will suspect a thing."
Your hands began to shake and your body felt weird. Jin had told you earlier how many people would be at this public appearance thing. Almost thousands. Just thinking about it made you shiver in fear.
The car pulled up to a stage and you felt your stomach drop. This wasn't going to end well. You could feel a disaster setting on you and was not a good feeling. Jin noticed your expression and sighed.
"Look it's going to be fine. Nothing is going to go wrong. All you have to do is read the speech and put some feeling into it. After that's done, Yoongi will give his and that's it."
His words calmed you down but just a little bit. There was still the fact that thousands of people were going to be watching you today. If you made a mistake, you knew that no one would forget it.
As Jin got out of the car, you could hear all of the people from outside. The noise put you on edge and you wanted to stay inside the car.
"Come on kid the whole city is waiting on you."
You hesitantly slid over to the door and let the prince help you out again. Almost as soon as you stepped out, flashes went off. You looked around and saw dozens of people from the press. The prince grabbed your hand in his and began to drag you off to the stage. Jin followed close behind and sent people out to do multiple tasks. The Prince stopped walking and stared at Jin.
"Well?"
"The speeches are going to be live on TV. Don't buckle under pressure and stay calm." Jin said more to me than the prince.
You shyly nodded and Jin led you and the prince to a small room behind the stage.
"We still have a bit of time before anything starts so you can just relax here."
He left the room and closed the door behind him. There was an uncomfortable silence between you and the prince. You wanted to say something but nothing came to mind. Ah-ha! I know what to say!
"The weather-"
"I never liked small talk."
His reply was as cold as ice. Your hopes of a comfortable chat were crushed to pieces. Yoongi didn't want anything to do with you. You clamped your mouth shut in embarrassment and folded your hands on your lap. These next couple of minutes were going to be dreadfully long.
Not long after your failed small talk, Jin came back into the room. He ran a hand through his hair and sighed.
"Ten minutes till you guys have to go out. Y/N put a smile on your face and look incredibly happy. Your Highness, you know what to do."
The prince rolled his eyes and stood up.
"I need to make a call."
~*~*~*~*~*~Alright, breathe in... and breath out... There are only a couple of million people watching you make a speech you've never even read yet. There's also the fact that this is going to be broadcasted live, but hey no problem right.
You could feel your palms beginning to sweat and your legs starting to wobble. Jin noticed and tried to comfort you.
"Don't worry kid, I stuck take where you and yoongi are supposed to stand so no need to be nervous."
You gave him a small smile but it quickly faded away. The nerves were kicking in and you wanted to hide from everything and everyone.
"Alright kid, it's time. Get up there and blow them away." Jin said while raising his fist in encouragement.
The prince suddenly jogged up from nowhere and straightened his outfit. He pooped his arm through yours and dragged you out into the stage. It's too late to back out now.

I have one mission. I was given clear and simple instructions. But like they say easier said than done. There were tons of bodyguards I had to look out for. I just need to station myself somewhere with a clear view.
No one would ever suspect me. I blended in with the crowd and was just another bystander. The perfect disguise for me.
I watch as the prince gets up on the podium and greets the crowd. They roar in excitement but I standstill with an emotionless face. The bastard begins to speak about some "good for our country" shit but it's all lies. The royal family doesn't give a fuck about us.
I look around at the people who's eyes are filled with hope. They believe every lie that comes out of his mouth. Hell, if I didn't know any better I'd be the same way. But I'm not. Thankfully.
The speech is dragged out for what seems like forever. It's all empty promises and whatnot. It's just like all the others. The countless speeches the Queen has made him do. I've noticed that they all got the same outline.
Finally, the time has come. I watch intently as she takes her place at the podium. She looks into the crowd and for a second she stares right at me. It didn't matter though.
I leave my spot and go to my assigned position. No one would know where it came from. Quick and easy.
As I take my gun out I let out a sigh. It's been a while since I've killed someone. But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do.
I try to get a good aim of her head but she's so damn shaky. The bitch can't stand still for 5 seconds. I've only got one shot so I can't fuck up. God knows what'll happen then.
This was it.
Aim.
Fire.
Run.
