Servant Taehyung's P.O.V
I always knew I'd make it to the kitchen. I just need to prove my skills to Jin and I'm sure he'll make me a chef!"Taehyung, who was that in the doorway with you?" Asked Jin.
"I'm not sure if you know but he's one of the royal bodyguards. Just an old friend I haven't seen in a while."
"Ah, I see. Anyways, what did the bakers say? How many accepted?"
"They all accepted and are on their way right now. Anything else you want me to do? I could help start on the cakes?"
"Um let's see...," Jin looked around the room and sighed. "No I think that's all. You can go back to your night shift now."
No I can't lose this chance.
"Are you sure? I'm actually pretty good a baking cakes so if you or any of the bakers need-"
"Let's leave it to the professionals, shall we? Now, I need to go check on some things."
I sadly watched my chance walk away. Then again there was that small voice that told me that it wasn't possible. I'm just the average servant awaiting my next command.
Bodyguard Hoseok's P.O.V.
"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING JIMIN?!?!"
I ran over to him and dragged him by the shoulders. His breathing was ragged and uneven from all his punches. The bandages on his hands looked old and bloody. Damn, I should have know this would happen.
"Let go of me."
"Jimin you need to stop! This isn't good for your body and you know it. Stop punishing yourself, I though we've been over this already?! Look I'm back and I'm fine. It's all over now so stop it before you hurt yourself again! Look at your hands Jimin!"
"Hoseok let go of me!"
He eventually got away from my hold. I wasn't as strong as I used to be since my body was still healing a bit.
"Jimin what's wrong?"
"Nothing's wrong i'm fine."
I sighed and tried to move closer to him but he backed up.
"No, it's not nothing. Looking at you, there's definitely something. Please Jimin, I just wanna help you."
His head hung low and he was quiet. I slowly moved closer to him careful not to make him move away again.
"Jimin..."
He clenched his fist and glared at me with tears streaming down his eyes.
"Hoseok, you bastard... Why can't you ever listen to me?!"
He tried to punch me but I grabbed his wrist and pulled him in for a hug.
"Let... go of me, ugh. Don't touch me..."
This time I kept a firm hold on him and didn't let go. He slowly began to stop fighting me and grabbed on to my shirt. His tears and just a small bit of blood soaked through but that wasn't important right now.
"Hyung... Don't leave me... Please." He choked out.
Hyung... Jimin rarely ever called me that. I remember him telling me that he only ever called one person that.
"Hey, Jimin calm down. I'm not leaving you."
"Ah, I couldn't stand it. You were just gone when I went back that day and I thought... I though I'd lost you forever. I would be alone... Again."
