Wine and Cake

Y/N's P.O.V.

"Good morning Miss!"

The bright light hit directly in your eyes and blinded you when the maid opened the curtains.

"Mr. Kim has a very busy day planned for you! Also he told me that there's no need for you to eat breakfast today."

I can't eat breakfast? What does he want me to starve?

"You don't happen to know what he has planned, do you?"

"I'm afraid I don't. All he said was to hurry to wake you and don't feed you breakfast."

You rolled out of bed and went to the closet. What to wear? I don't even know what were doing today so how am I supposed to dress?

"Um, excuse me...?"

The maid turned around and waited for your instructions.

"Could you call Jin? I need to ask him something." You said shyly.

"Of course, I'll do that right away."

She hurried out of the room and closed the door behind her. Knowing that Jin would judge you, you went to the bathroom to freshen up.

Not long after, Jin and the maid entered the room.

"What did you need? Make it quick too I need to do some things before we leave."

"Oh um, how should I dress? Like are we going anywhere fancy?"

"Wear something nice bit not too nice."

Wow thanks for the help.

"Can't you just tell me what we're doing today?"

"Unfortunately I can't. The Queen wanted me to keep it a secret."

"Is the Queen coming with us?"

"Yes. Also, if you haven't noticed but the Prince and the Queen aren't on the best terms so I suggest you talk only when spoken to." Jin warned.

"Right I'll keep that in mind."

"Wonderful. Now if you'll excuse me but I have some important things to do."

You tuned back to the closet as he walked out of the room. You picked out a random but good looking dress. It wasn't too fancy but it wasn't too casual. After getting unneeded approval from the maid you went to the bathroom and put it on.

When you walked out of the bathroom, the maid clapped her hands.

"Oh how lovely!" She squealed.

"I think this should be good for whatever we're doing today."

"Yes it's perfect! Now the nice man outside said he'd take you to Mr. Kim. Hurry along now it's not good to keep Her Majesty waiting!"

Nice man outside?

You walked out to the hall but only one person was there. She seriously isn't talking about him is she?

"What's with the look on your face huh? I think I'm a pretty good guy to be honest."

You only glared at him and shifted your body weight to the left.

"Anyways, let's go. Jin said that he didn't want you to be late and ruin the Queens day out."

"I won't ruin people's days..." You said more to yourself.

"And love being with you all the time. Now that we've said our lies we're even. Every time I see you walk out of that room of yours you ruin my day. But come on we really have to leave now."

"There she is! The sweet girl for my Yoongi." The Queen said while going in for a hug.

You awkwardly wrapped your arms around her and smiled. From the corner of your eye you could see the prince roll his eyes.

"Mother if we don't hurry we're going to be late." He said while crossing his arms.

"Hush Yoongi. Us royals don't run on normal time like everyone else. There is no such thing as late in my time." She said while letting you go from an uncomfortably long hug.

Jin opened the door and helped the Queen into the limousine. You went to go get into the car on your own but instead of grabbing the car you grabbed someone's hand. You looked up and the prince was smiling warmly at you.

"A lady shouldn't have to get in on her own." He said softly.

Out of shock you pulled your hand out of his and quickly got inside. You made sure to sit on the seat opposite from where he would be sitting.

As he got you avoided making eye contact with him.

"Jin where are going first?" He asked.

His voice sent chills down your spine.

"While your at it turn the heat up please."

You froze and your face turned red. He saw you shiver. Wonderful how much better could this day get? Way to embarrass yourself again y/n.

"First we're going to a bakery so you and y/n can try out cakes together. It will also be for the press to take pictures of you two together. I've leaked the location to them so be on your best behavior. After that Her Majesty is going back to the palace to pick a cake for the reception. Finally, You and y/n will be going to a winery before heading home."

"What are you going to a winery for?" You asked.

You could tell that Jin wanted to bitch slap you. And honestly you'd let him.

"To try wine for the wedding."

Your face burned even more now. You realized that you spoke without being spoken to and you asked a stupid question. You could feel everyone staring at you and you wanted to sink into the seat.

"Have you ever had wine before?"

You looked up and the prince was staring at you.

"Uh, no actually."

"Don't worry you'll like it." He said while giving you a small smile.

You blushed again and looked away. If only  there was a way to keep myself from blushing. Today is going to be a long day if I keep this up.

The car came to a stop and Jin got out. Next was the prince and then the Queen. As the prince helped you out he whispered something into you ear. He was almost too quiet but you were still able to hear it.

"Relax and drink a lot."

I really forgot which day I update... I was freaking out earlier cuz I thought I was supposed to update yesterday but I think I'm supposed to update to day but I don't even know what day it is so hopefully today is the day 😅
