I can't get over how perfect and complete my life feels... I'm in love and engaged with the man of my dreams, we have a handsome little boy and now a beautiful little girl.

I feel extremely lucky and grateful with everything I have in my life. As Cody was busy playing with his toys and Sophia was relaxing in her bassinet, I just relaxed on the couch with Gracie by my side. As I was relaxing my phone notified me I had a text message, so I looked at it and it was from Zak.

Zak: "Hey beautiful, I'm on my way home 😁 I can't to see you all and hold each and everyone of you in my arms ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ xxxxxxxx"

I smiled and blushed slightly before I texted him back.

Catherine (y/n): "we can't wait to see you too baby 😁❤️❤️ we've all missed you and can't wait for you to hold us❤️❤️❤️❤️ xxxxxxxx"

Zak: "I've missed you all too ❤️❤️ when I get home I'm gonna spend all the time I have with you all, and then in a couple of days the guys and girls can come over. What do you think of that idea baby? Xxxxxxxx ❤️❤️❤️"

That sounds perfect.

Catherine (y/n): "perfect 😁😍❤️❤️❤️ xxxxxxxx"

I actually couldn't wait to spend quality time with Zak and then in a couple of days spend quality time with the guys and girls. What would be even nice is family coming to see us all, but I don't know if Zak has spoken to his mum at all since we saw her in the hospital. I feel like calling her myself and sorting things out, but I don't want to cause even more issues.

As if Zak knew what I was thinking he texted me...

Zak: "whilst I'm on my way home I'm going to try and sort things out with mom, I don't want any of this argueing or rivalry anymore xxxxxxxx ❤️❤️"

Catherine (y/n): "you'll sort things out baby I know you will xxxxxxx❤️❤️❤️"

Zak: "I'm gonna go and make a start baby and I'll see you when I get home. I love you with all my heart and soul baby xxxxxxxxx❤️❤️❤️"

Catherine (y/n): "OK baby, I'll see you later 😊. I love you with all my heart and soul even more xxxxxxxx❤️❤️❤️❤️"

After I sent the last text to Zak I got busy spending time with Cody and Sophia and making special little memories.

Zak's point of view

After I finished texting Catherine (y/n) I started writing out a text to send to my mom, but after I wrote it all out I just couldn't send it. I really want to sort this issue between us out but I'm nervous for what she would say to me.

Finally after I gathered up some courage I finally sent the text to my mom and waited for her reply.

Zak: "Hi Mom I know you probably don't want to talk to me but I just want to say, I hope one day we can sort everything out between us. I want you in my life and I know you want me in your life, one of the most important days of my life is coming up and I want you to experience it all.

Most importantly I want you to be in my children's life and I want to see you bond with them and hear you tell them stories of when I was growing up. I know how you feel about Catherine (y/n) and you have fears of her turning into like one of my exs but I promise you she's not like that at all, she's not like any other girl I've been with. She's my soul mate, the girl I was meant to be with.

I hope you'll get in touch with me one day. Hope to hear from you soon, your son, Zak x"

I just waited and waited for her reply, I was actually getting a bit worried. What if she really has cut me out of her life for good. Then finally she replied back to me.

Nancy: "Hi son, I really do want to sort everything out with us both and I want to see what life has in store for you. I can see you and Catherine (y/n) are extremely happy together and I'm glad you are happy with her.

If you're not busy in a couple of days, I'll come over to yours and we can talk then. Plus I can spend time with my grandchildren. Xo"

Zak: "it'll be great to see you, I'll text you when I get home and we can arrange a day and time. Speak to you soon xo"

Nancy: "speak to you soon son, safe travels home xo"

After my mom sent me her last text I feel a huge weight has lifted from my shoulders, and I'm finally able to relax. I really can't wait to get home to my little family and hold them all in my arms.
