Little Sisters
William MovariaWilliam is in the training room, punching a bag. Sweat is dripping down his chin, and the skin on his knuckles are starting to tear. This usually happens when he is deep in his thoughts.
Ever since William's brother, Ryker, had his panic attack, he's kept a close eye on him. Almost a year ago, they were approached by a group of men who said they could keep their kingdom safe. Of course they were intrigued and followed them, but only after a few minutes after listening to their plan, William couldn't continue. He didn't agree with their methods.
And now, Ryker is having attacks and the stress is eating him alive. Ryker is a good man with good intentions. Something is having him in constant worry. Ryker has been missing his training sessions every morning and kingdom lessons for the last two weeks. Mom and Dad have been giving him passes for whatever reason. His dedication to this so called group has been affecting his dedication to his kingdom.
Maybe that's what's going on. Even though Ryker and William are twin brothers, Ryker is younger. Will is the heir to the throne. Maybe Ryker is trying to ride up the ranks in this group, so that when the time comes, he gets the throne! Will shakes the bad thoughts out of his head.
His brother may make dicey decisions, but he is Will's best friend.
Ever since they were little, he took everything to heart. He always jumped to conclusions, stored every little detail into his head. And sometimes his head would get crowded. Then he would have a panic attack. It got even worse when he was sent off to the war when he was 17. He came back and didn't talk for 2 months.
Even though he was the smart one, Will was the serious one. Will always finished his projects, excelled at his training, and had the best battle strategies. Even though no one likes to admit it, Will is proud to admit he is a mama's boy, teachers pet, and the perfect child. However those titles come with a price. Will doesn't have that many friends except for his younger siblings. Most of the palace guards don't like Will, along with potential suitors. A lot of girls have slapped him, spit in his face, and called him a condescending jerk.
They're not wrong.
Will's brother may be broken, but he always tries to put on a smile. Yet, he hasn't been lately. Which concerns Will. He doesn't really care about everyone else's well being, which is kind of ironic since he is going to be king, and Ryker and Will haven't been on the best terms lately, but his family is always the number one concern.
His latest panic attack scared Will. His eyes went wide, his chest stopped breathing and his hands started shaking. When he dropped to the floor, so did Will's heart. Will doesn't think Ryker has ever had one this big before. Usually his breath gets uneven and his hands twitch, but this one felt different.
Will needs to figure out what they are doing and planning. Will doesn't know how he is going to do it though. The group B.W or Black Winter or whatever they are calling themselves now a days, is already on his back, watching his every move because he declined Black Winter's offer.
Will knows they exist now. That makes him a liability. He has to be careful. Will knows that Ryker would be mad about Will going behind his back, but Ryker will eventually understand that he doing this for him.
Will hits the bag hard as the frustration gets to his head. The bag swings back and comes back. He steps out of the way as the bag swings past him. He pants as his lungs grasp for air.
