I guess I'm a redhead
Kayline McKenzie

Kayline knocks frantically on Mrs. Alberstons door. The door opens to reveal Mrs. Alberston in a skirt and blouse. Her smile seems to by flying past the moon. She seems happy to see her son, Micheal. And Kayline is happy to figure out what's going on.

" Oh Kassidy, good you're here. I was worried that you wouldn't show." It takes Kayline a millisecond to realize that she was Kassidy and not Kayline. But with her job, she eventually get used to all of the alias'.

" Why wouldn't I? I mean a chance to see my friend? I wouldn't miss it for the world." Kayline says in an awful high voice. Mrs. Alberstons smiles and then her eyes go wide. She returns inside and brings back a red wig. Kayline arches her eyebrows. She's played a red haired girl before and she is honestly not a fan of the color. Last time Kayline dealt with someone who was a red head, she stuck Kayline in a hospital bed for 2 weeks. Not fun.

" The officers only allow family members, so it's best if you wear this." Mrs. Alberstons hands Kayline  the wig and she tries to hold on to her laugh. Because of her short hair, it was easy to put over. Kayline lays her hands out, asking Mrs. Alberston if it looks realistic. Usually Kaylins has makeup and a net to put over her head to make it more believable, or she even dyes it herself, but she guess this could work. Mrs. Alberston nods her head and joins her on the porch. She locks her door and they head over to her car.

" We are the only ones today. The rest of the family will see him next week. They all have pretty tight schedules and the little ones aren't allowed to go." Kayline only nods as they get in the car and start driving. Rather than go into town, they go through the forest to the mountains. Kayline assumed that it would be somewhere in the city. But she guesses if the camp was a secret, the locations should be too.

Channay Forest was always Kayline's favorite. It's thick, and close to the mountains. One of her training exercises was they were blindfolded and they had to learn their way around the forest. They couldn't use our hands, they could only rely on instincts and knowledge. Every time Kayline would go out to the forest, she would remember her steps, to know where she was going. Granted she got a few concussion, but she was the best. Well technically, Chris won. But you know. Whatever. Details.

After about a three hour drive or so they finally made their destination. Mrs. Alberston parks the car and they walk the rest of the way. They get to the base of mining mountain and Mrs. Alberston stops.

" We're here." Um, Kayline says to herself, this is just rock. Wait a minute. Kaylins knows this place. This was the old Rockshire Mine. It shut down years ago. Chris and Kayline first ever work space was here working in the mine. They built up their strength, cutting through rock. It was dangerous, working within a mine and all. Kayline was sure at least 3 kids died. But The Boss simply said, if Mother Nature killed you, then you aren't meant to be out in the world. Yeah, she's scary.

Mrs. Alberston shouts out to the forest.

" Hello? I'd like to see my son! It's visiting hours and I would like to see what he's up too!" Then the rocks starts to open up. Kayline takes a couple of steps back. The entrance to the mine isn't here, it's about another mile west. Who are these people? And how did they slip right underneath our noses? A young man comes out with his hands behind his back.

" I'm sorry to inform you, Mrs. Alberston but we are not participating in visitations today. We sent out a message, but based not the fact that you are here, I assume that you didn't receive it. I apologize, but as I said before no visitors today."  Oh crap. What are they going to do now? They could go through the other entrance. But it could be guarded. Kayline makes sure that her face looks like its mad or confused while she thinks. It's important that her poker face is neutral to the situation.
