"Do you have any idea what you've done?" Klaus snapped angrily as he looked between both his children, stood by his desk with a scolding expression on his face. Hope folded her arms across her chest, standing beside her brother who was still sat in the chair he'd been in earlier, both twins rolling their eyes at their father's temper.

It wasn't as if they'd put their mother in any danger; all they wanted was to bring their father home. Kaiden was tired of seeing his mom so broken and Hope wanted nothing more than to have her family back, so together, they'd planned a way to fix both of their issues. The twins knew they needed a good enough reason to lure their dad back to New Orleans, and the love of his life supposedly missing was as perfect as any.

"We knew it would take something big to bring you home," Hope answered easily with a small shrug as Klaus stared back at her incredulously, in complete disbelief that neither of his two children appeared bothered by what they'd done. "So you had your little hybrid friend attack your mother?" Klaus retorted angrily, both furious that they'd kidnapped their own mother and put themselves in danger.

Kaiden rolled his eyes as he leant back against the chair he was sat in, "Henry just did the heavy lifting," the younger twin spoke, drawing Klaus' attention towards him. "And 'attack' is a really strong word," Kaiden mused, a hint of amusement in his eyes, "mom's fine. In a really nice coffin, sleeping."

Klaus stared at his son angrily, unamused by how little remorse or care he had for his actions. Hope sighed as she unfolded her arms, "she's safe," the older twin assured her father, "I cloaked her in a sleeping spell that I wrote myself," she revealed causing Klaus to scoff slightly. "Oh, well in that case, I've never been prouder," Klaus retorted sarcastically as he looked between each of them angrily.

"Where is she?" the original demanded, wanting nothing more than to have his wife safe so that he could leave once again and stop putting his children in unnecessary danger. "You're just gonna go disappear again if we tell you," Hope accused, her own look of anger on her face as she took a step towards her father.

Klaus watched her wearily, moving back in order to keep a safe distance away from his children. "You are both in danger when we're in proximity," the hybrid spoke clearly, looking from Hope to Kaiden as the three began to feel a soft drumming in their heads, "I know you feel that." Kaiden turned his gaze away, unable to look at his dad as he knew he was right.

As if on cue, the vase of towers that rested on the table between the three wilted as a snake crawled out of the vase, the three Mikaelson's watching as it slithered along the table. "The dark magic inside us manifests itself in ugly ways," Klaus spoke gravely, tearing his eyes away from the snake back to his children, "we could be putting others in danger too. This whole city," the original stated in an attempt to get the twins to understand the full extent of their actions.
