'god damn right, you should be scared of me'

The next couple of days in Mystic Falls passed by rather quickly for the Scooby-Gang, and before anyone knew it, Christmas Eve was suddenly upon them. Whilst the Christmas holidays had once been Thea's favourite, the season now seemed to leave a bitter pain in her heart as it reminded her of all that she had lost.
The holiday was supposed to be about family and happiness, and all Thea could think about was the last Christmas she spent in New Orleans with her family and close friends before they were all ripped away from her. But, whilst Thea wanted to completely sack the holiday off, Caroline was rather adamant about having her, Tyler and the twin's round for a big Christmas dinner.
Hope and Kaiden were both ecstatic about it, the two Mikaelson tribrid's both completely loving the Christmas period and all the trimmings that came along with it. The two had also grown rather close with Lizzie and Josie after being the ones to help locate them the day Seline had taken them.
After that rather traumatic day, Thea had spent the past week introducing her two babies to their Mystic Falls family; something that warmed the hybrid's heart a little as she realised that even without her marital family, she still wasn't and never had been alone.
Hope had seemed to latch on to Bonnie as if she were a second mother, a fact that sent the Bennett witch into a fit of glorious happiness and smiles. The self-described, 'cool aunt Bon', had taken it upon herself to teach the twins a few little spells, despite not currently having her magic – something that Thea wasn't overly fond about in the beginning considering she didn't want anyone to be able to trace where the twins were.
However, after Bonnie's reassurance that the Mikaelson twins were both cloaked, Thea eased up a little on her protectiveness and let the Bennett witch bond with the twins as much as she wanted. Caroline and Stefan were also both completely in awe of their godchildren, both feeling as protective over Hope and Kaiden as they did over Josie and Lizzie.
Matt and Tyler had both spent a full day with Kaiden in the park, teaching him how to throw a football. And, whilst the youngest Mikaelson had picked it up rather quickly for a 5 year old...let's just say Thea would not be trusting the two boys with her son alone, ever again. Ric, whilst he was a little iffy at first considering who their father was, had come to love the two siblings as if they were his own.
He had taken them out for ice-cream with Lizzie and Josie once or twice and even offered to babysit whilst Thea met with Hayley to find out the current development in their 'Mikaelson-Saving-Plan'. So far, Hayley had managed to track down one of the three werewolf packs left to find, however, none of the members were willing to give up a bit of their blood.
