Klaus was brought back to the bayou where Ivy was stood waiting for him, a look of urgent desperation on his face. "I need to be there," the original stated firmly, knowing he couldn't be of any help to his children if he wasn't there in person. "You can't," Ivy butted in, her voice and expression both stern as she looked at the hybrid.

"There is a big difference between can't and shouldn't!" Klaus yelled angrily as he turned back to his car, "I need to protect my children," the original snapped as he began to walk away from her furiously. However, before he could, Ivy extended her arm using her magic to bring him to his knees. "I'm sorry, but I can't let you go," the witch replied with an empathetic tone as Klaus gripped his head in his hands.

Back in the Quarter, Hope and Kaiden were still stood in the middle of the street in between the vans as they both glared menacingly at the vampires in front of them. "Hope, Kaiden," Freya called as she and Hayley jogged over to them, a look of urgency on each of their faces as they came to a stop in front of the twins.

"We've got to get out of here," Freya told them both urgently as she and Hayley grabbed each of them by the hand, attempting to pull them to safety. "No," Hope stated firmly, pulling her grip out of Freya's hand as she held her ground, keeping her narrowed glare on the vampires in front of her. "Guys-" Hayley began to plead but Kaiden growled in response.

"We said no!" the younger twin snapped, using his magic to push Freya and Hayley away from them; snapping the hybrid's neck in the process, a cold glare in his eyes, "this already sucks enough. I'm not gonna let them ruin it more," Kaiden spoke with a deadly threat. Helplessly, Freya and Hayley both watched as Hope and Kaiden both joined hands before raising them in the air as they stalked towards one of the vans.

"Bruciare supe terram faciendo..." Hope and Kaiden both chanted simultaneously before outstretching their hands towards the closest van, both feeling a surge of energy rush through them, "ignis ga praemium," the twins yelled, causing the van to set on fire and blow up. The towns people that had joined the parade all screamed in fear, running away from the scene as Hope and Kaiden turned their attention to the other van, their anger not yet satiated.

"Weapons up," Emmett instructed as he noticed the twins' attention turn towards him. "Bruciare supe terram faciendo," Hope and Kaiden began to chant once again, vicious looks resting on both of their faces as they neared the fan, completely unbothered by the weapons that were aimed at them. Seeing that her niece and nephew were literally in the face of danger, Freya looked urgently over to the side where Josh, Noah and Cami were stood.
