Katie P.O.V
"Good morning Katie" James smiled at the screen after I accepted his request to FaceTime.
"Someone seems happy today."
"Well I have a reason to be" James said as he looked over at Livi who was sat behind him on the sofa of Tristan and James' apartment and she smiled and waved.
Me and Brad stayed in a hotel last night as we were heading off early this morning for our honeymoon but the others headed back to London, or in George's case Yorkshire, last night so I said I'd speak to them this morning before we leave as I never had a proper chance to last night.
"It's nice to see your making each other smile again."
"And I have you to thank for that!"
"Me, what did I do?"
"Well for a start you kept me away from Livi even after much persuasion and it's only now I realise that that's whats was best for her, and then you put up with me constantly arguing with you over not being able to see her."
"I got used to it after a while" I laughed.
"Seriously though thank you and also sorry for you know all the times I got angry I was just upset and I missed her."
"I know James and it's fine."
"Most importantly though thank you for telling me to never give up on her."
"I didnt have much input in that, that was all you."
"I suppose, but sometimes I did consider giving up and moving on even though after I said I'd take a step back she was all I thought about and it would still be constantly in my mind."
"But you didn't give up did you!"
"No and I'm so glad I didn't!"
"I always knew she would remember you."
"I think by the end of it you were the only one that still believed that."
"And I was right and I'm just go glad you're making each other happy again" I smiled and James just laughed.
"What's so funny?"
"Just the fact that you care so much about your best friends happiness even when your the one who has just got married."
"That's the way it's always been and always will be."
"Okay and also congratulation on finally getting married."
"What do you mean finally, I'm only 22, your acting as if id been waiting years to get married."
"Just accept the compliment without complaining" James laughed as he got up of the chair he was sitting in, "I'll be back in a second."
"Katie" Tristan beamed as his face appeared on my phone screen.
"Tristan" I laughed in response.
"How you holding up Tris?" I asked him.
"Well I have a hangover, no surprise there but other than that I'm good!"
"No I meant with the whole Harriet situation, are you sure your okay?"
"Yes Katie I'm fine, Harriet and I talked about it a lot before she left and we are still going to be friends."
"Okay as long as your sure."
"Yes I'm sure and I also really need to go because I've got bacon cooking in the kitchen and if he finds out I've just left it in there he will kill me."
