Livi's P.O.V
"What time do you think you'll be back tonight?" I asked James as I was sat in bed.
"I don't know, I might go out for a drink with a friend who's up here from home" He said putting on his shoes.
"Oh you didn't say anyone was coming up"
"Let's not do this fight this morning" he sighed turning round to face me.
"What fight?"
"The one where we fight about never talking to each other about anything but then make up later in the day"
"Alright, I was just saying though..."
"What are you going to do today?"
"I'm going to Katie's studio, starting my new job"
"Ok well good luck, don't worry about me coming back, I'll be back late probably" he said standing up.
"We'll see you somewhen then" I said as he walked out the room. I sighed and fell back on to the bed. I had finished the last shows last week and had a week of just chilling out before starting a new job. I spoke to Katie a while ago about the show ending and she asked if I fancied working with her at the dance studio. I loved dancing on stage but working with Katie again is going to be great because we hardly ever see each other anymore. I've always wanted to be a dance teacher too, Gemma gave Katie and I the chance to be dancers and I really want to be able to do the same thing for others. I got in the shower and quickly changed before making my way to my car to drive to the studio.
"Morning" I said to Katie as I walked in to her office.
"Morning, how are you?" She smiled standing up.
"Yeah I'm alright, the usual minimal talking with James as always" I shrugged leaning against the door.
"Are you not worried about what's going on between you and James?"
"Well yeah of course, but I don't know what to do, part of me doesn't want to do anything and the other part is screaming sort it out, this is the guy for you"
"So you're torn between the two voices?"
"Yeah" I sighed, "I love James, more than anyone, but I don't see him fighting for me either..."
"Is there something else that's happened? Something possibly making you not think straight?" She asked, I felt like she knew that I had told her about what happened with Ben but I knew that wasn't true. I wanted to tell her but as soon as I say it out loud it means I really did cheat on James, and Ben and I no longer have that week just between us.
"Nope, nothing" I shook my head.
"Well I guess you're just going to have to think about it carefully then" She smiled, "Come on, let's get you started here." We went in to the studio and the classes didn't start for 2 hours so Katie taught me all the dances that we needed to know. Most of them were simple because of the age of the students and stuff like that.
"I was thinking maybe now you're here instead of Zoe, finally the bitch is gone, we can look at doing some different styles of dance classes" Katie said as we took a break.
"Yeah I'm up for that, just tell me when you're free and I'll be over so we can choreograph"
"Okay, it will probably have to be a Sunday if that's alright?"
"Yeah that's fine, it's not like I have anything else to be doing, or anyone to be with"
"You and James are going to fine, don't worry about it, you two just need some space for a bit and then you'll be the same as ever"
