"I'm sure everything will be fine" Gemma smiled down the camera of my laptop screen.

We were currently on Skype because today is the day of the interviews where I need to find someone to replace Gemma. Even though it's my decision and don't really have anything to worry about, it's still been stressing me out all week. Mostly because I'm scared that I won't find anyone who will fill the gap and be at the standard at which Gemma was. Not only do I want someone who is good at what they do but also someone who I can talk too and be friends with as I have to work with them for about 10 hours everyday, 5 days a week.

"And what if I can't find anyone?" I asked.

"But you will, stop stressing about it. I'm sure the academy have lined up some great people for you"

"I can't just pick anyone though Gemma they have to be the right person"

"I know that and trust me you'll find them, you may even find a few people who will be perfect for it"

"Let's hope so"

"Well message me later and let me know how it goes"

"I will, bye Gemma" I smiled before ending our conversation.

I tidied away the bowl and mug I had used before quietly walking into the bedroom, where Brad was still asleep, to collect my things. It was only 6:30 am but I had to get into work early as the first interview is at 8 and I have a lot to prepare.

"Shit" I mumbled as I stubbed my toe on the edge of the bed.

"Katie?" Brad asked still half asleep as he sat up slightly. Brads a light sleeper so the tiniest thing will wake him up.

"Sorry, I stubbed my toe" I replied as I sat down on the bed.

"It's fine" Brad laughed, turning so he was sat beside me.

"I should get to work, get today over with"

"Don't worry about it okay, I'm sure everything will be fine and you'll make a good decision, I know you will" Brad smiled before placing a kiss on my cheek.

"Thanks" I smiled in return.

"I love you"

"I love you too"

Brad then got back into bed and I left the apartment and made my way to work in the pitch black but luckily because it was early not many people were out so I avoided any traffic which usually holds me up. When I got to the studio I sorted through all the applications and made sure I had all the information I needed. I then set up a desk space in the studio so I could do a short interview before the practical side of the process.

"Is this where I go for the interview?" A girl asked walking into the studio.

"Yes" I replied picking up the paperwork, "is it Louise?"

"Yep that's me" she smiled.

"Great, well it's nice to meet you" I smiled as I walked over and shook her hand.

"You too" she replied as she sat down on one side of the desk and I sat on the other.

"So first of all I've got some questions to ask you" I said to her.

"Okay"

"And then you should have prepared a small phrase of dance to teach me, it may seem a bit strange but it's nothing to do with the dance it's just to look at your teaching skills"

"Okay, I've done that"

"Great well first of all I'm Katie and I'm now technically in charge of this place so I'll be your boss but the job will most likely require us to work alongside each other"
