"Hey Gryffindork! I see you got your nose in a book! Whatcha reading?" A pug-faced Slytherin known as Pansy asked as she sidled up next to Hermione in the hallway.

"It's really none of your business." Hermione said trying to act tough yet feeling really insecure.

"Huh. You've got snark. Though, you should know better than to talk to me that way. I'm basically a queen compared to you."

"Hey Pug Face! Leave her alone, would you?" A fifth year student named Y/N strode down the hallway staring Pansy down like the queen she really is.

"And who might you be telling me what to do?" Pansy had a sneer on her face and was gripping her wand in her back pocket.

"I'm Y/N L/N. Hermione's best friend. Also if you didn't know I'm Harry Potter's cousin which means if I see you messing with him or any of the Golden Trio I'll personally hex you into oblivion."

"You're really going to threaten me like that?" Pansy scoffed and stomped away leaving the two girls alone.

"Thanks, Y/N."

"No problem, 'Mione."
