    Y/N wrapped her arms around Hermione, gently stroking her back and playing with her hair as the heartbroken warrior silently cried into her neck.
    
                          
    "Shhh. It'll be okay, Hermione. You'll see. Ron's just an idiot. He doesn't know that what's good for him is standing right beside him."
    
                          
    Hermione's sniffles gradually came to a stop. Y/N let go once she was sure Hermione was alright.

    "You're right. I wouldn't." Hermione smiled, snuggling back into Y/N's embrace.
    
                          
    From a distance, Harry watched the two with a grin. Inside, he knew what Ron did was a mistake, but he also knew that fate had plans for them just as they do for Y/N and him.
