Chapter 7 - Belittling Her

YouYou quickly followed XueRou out of the great hall onto a small clearing just beside the entrance.

"YouYou Tang, you really know how to pick your time, you must have deliberately came to give me trouble, right on my birthday right? Don't you even know it was my birthday today? Didn't you see the number of distinguished guests I have here today, you barged in here wearing like a beggar is it to tell the whole world that I have such a lowlife sister?" berated XueRou when saw that no one was around the vicinity.

Even though she was called a beggar and a lowlife, YouYou remained unperturbed and continued to stare coldly at XueRou, in her coldest and emotionless voice, she said, "If you find it disgraceful, then quickly return me my mother's belongings so I can leave immediately."

"It's been so many years since, how would I know where her belongings are at, I'm not free to find that for you right now, can't you see I have guests to entertain?" XueRou crossed her arms and looked impatiently at YouYou, clearly showing her displeasure and unwillingness to cooperate much less helping to find her mother's belongings.

"If I don't get what I came for, I will not leave." YouYou firmly replied as she became furious at XueRou's audacity. Back when she was forced to leave the country hurriedly, she regretted not being able to bring along the things her mother left behind for her, she is not going to leave so easily today when she is finally back for her mother's belonging.

"Hur, you think you can threaten me? YouYou Tang, have you opened your lowlife eyes today and see what situation are you in? You are talking to a high society genteel here, you a lowlife scumbag, is not even fit to carry my shoes and still dare to make so much noise here? Do you believe I'll have you thrown out like trash right now?!" XueRou arrogantly replied. There were many things that XueRou didn't liked about YouYou, however the one thing that made her hate YouYou so much, was that incident that happened in the hotel five years ago.

Back then, XueRou sneaked into the hotel room where YouYou had been disgraced to take pictures to show her mother that their scheme was a success, however she never thought for once that a young man would appear before her. That man, handed her a name card without a second word when he verified that a men's blazer and wrist watch was found in the room. Thereafter, she came to know that the unknown man who slept with YouYou that night was none other than Ji family's eldest son, XiaoHan Ji. At this very moment, XueRou was afraid that YouYou would return and find out the truth of what happened five years ago.

YouYou didn't expect XueRou to be so much more arrogant after not seeing her for so many years and it irked her to no end.

"I don't give a damn about your status, I only want to take back what belongs to me." YouYou replied furiously, looking like hell broke lose. Those items belong to her mother, they are precious items her deceased mother left behind for her and she will not lose them no matter what.

XueRou was thinking of more sarcastic things to say to YouYou when suddenly, she caught sight of a luxurious vehicle just outside of the mansion gates and her heart skipped a beat and she was delighted when she realised that XiaoHan has arrived personally. This was a wonderful surprise for her.

XueRou quickly turned her focus back to a stormy YouYou, she relaxed and leaned back a little as she coldly laughed at YouYou and said, "I remember where those unlucky things are at now, but I am not going to give them back to you, it would have all been fine if you didn't come back, but since you are here now, I seem to recall that stupid thing you did to my brother, his legs until this day have not recovered. You know something? I wish I could strangle you to death right now, how dare you come to my place and demand to take something from me. Hur! Don't even think about it! I will burn them all tomorrow and be rid of those unlucky things once and for all...."
