Chapter 28 - Daddy Is Lying

The car pulled into the villa's front yard, YouYou's eyes could not help but kept glancing out of the car window to see the scenery outside. Just afar, a row of greyish-blue buildings was awe inspiring enough for anyone who looked at it. YouYou became dejected in her heart as she didn't know the man was that wealthy, in fact, wealthy is no longer enough to describe this man's status.

At this moment, in the Ji Family's villa, on sofa in the spacious and airy hall, two little fellas stared intently as they judged the gentle looking man in front of them with their black sparkling eyes.

"Brother, he claims he is our daddy...." XiaoNai has long had the habit of discussing secretively with her brother about things that is on her mind, therefore, she leaned over to his side and whispered while her hand was covering her little mouth.

Young as XiaoRui may seem, he had an imposing aura that rivalled that of the man in front of him, his two hands were crossed in front of his chest. Compared to his sister who was looking a little nervous, his own face betrayed nothing as he kept looking composed and unruffled. His eyes never once wavered from the man who is several size bigger than him.

"They are exactly like the descendants of the Ji Family!" XiaoHan was overjoyed the moment he saw his two adorable children, however he was trying very hard to dampen down his excitement in order not to frighten the two little fellas.

"You claimed that you are our daddy, what proof do you have? We are not some gullible children that is easy to fool!" XiaoNai said in his most wise and mature tone that took XiaoHan aback a little the moment he heard him.

"XiaoRui, what kind of proof you still need? Our face, isn't it the best evidence you could have?" XiaoHan smiled ever more friendly and forthcoming. This was something even the butler and XiaoHan's PA, Qing was surprised to see, their usually cold and haughty young master is now smiling so gently that they could not believe their own eyes.

XiaoNai blinked her pretty big eyes, she looked at her brother and then turned to look at this gentle and smiley uncle.....

"Brother, you two look really alike, could he really be our daddy?!" XiaoNai tilted her cute little head as she commented.

XiaoRui knew his sister is innocent and naive, which is also why mummy had been teaching him since young to properly protect his little sister when she is not around. Although the two of them are a pair of dragon and pheonix twins, his little sister continue to retain her naïveté as is common for all little girls, so for her to think so simply and innocently is not at all surprising to XiaoRui.

XiaoHan have navigated the business world for a long time, so he have long honed and mastered his ability to read and handle situations. At this moment, he came to the realisation that as long as he is able to convince and deal with his son, everything else would be much easier to deal with.

"Are you rich?" XiaoRui portrayed his imposing aura as he arrogantly asked.

XiaoHan faced with his son's questioning, replied honestly, "Yes, and very rich."

"Do you have a girlfriend?" XiaoRui followed up with his next question.

Hearing such a mature question coming out from his little son, XiaoHan's friendly face darkened a slight moment as he felt a little annoyed. What the hell is that woman doing, how could she expose the children so soon to such mature topics so early in their life.

"Do you have or not!" XiaoRui sternly repeated his question that was met with silence.

XiaoHan could feel himself fuming inside, however he continued to keep his game face and smiled as he replied, "No, I have always been single!"

"You are lying....."

The child like voice laced with a certain sharpness said determinedly. Thereafter, he pushed himself off the edge of the sofa, where his little feet that have been dangling over, and walked straight towards the shelf at the side where newspaper and magazines are placed at. His short hands worked quickly as he flipped through a magazine and fund a picture, "This is your girlfriend isn't it? A famous celebrity by the name of XueRou Tang."

Sweat dripped down the side of his forehead, he could not believe that his own four year old son have caught him at his lies and even disclosed it. No..... He have nothing to do with XueRou, absolutely nothing at all.
