Chapter 13 - Job Interview

While YouYou was overseas, she have already made arrangements through her aunt to link up with a kindergarten within the vicinity. At this moment, YouYou is bringing her two children there to register them for school. The school fees is rather hefty, and after she have paid for the twin's school fees, her bank account is left with less than 10000 dollars.

There's a need to spend where necessary and start looking for a job.

The two rascals have already attended toddler class while overseas for a year and have also attended two years of pre-school, therefore they are no strangers to schooling environment and have readily adapted to the new school. Their sensible and adorable nature quickly attracted the attention of the female teachers in the school. The teachers were so impressed as they have never seen such beautiful children, so they checked in with YouYou to confirm if the twins have mixed-blood heritage.

After YouYou settled the school administrative things with the teacher, she kneeled down and patted her son's head, "XiaoRui, you must take good care of your sister, after school, grandaunt will come and pick you two up, mummy need to go to work, so you must be obedient, ok?"

"Mummy, leave it to me, I will take good care of my lil sis and now allow anyone to bully her, you can concentrate on your work." replied XiaoRui solemnly.

XiaoNai eyes turned red and sobbed a little as she pleaded, "Mummy, after school can you please be here to pick me up?"

"NaiNai, mummy need to work today, grandaunt will surely be here to fetch you two after school, ok?" coaxed YouYou gently.

XiaoRui held his lil sis's hands, "Let's go, let's go, big bro will bring you upstairs to play."

Being protected by her big brother made her feel a little more secured and settled down, she turned her little her, looked tearfully at YouYou and waved her goodbye.

YouYou is actually not too worried about her two children as she knows they are highly adaptable and believes that before the end of the day, they would have made new friends and be happily playing with them.

Now though, she needs to hurry to her company for her interview appointment. YouYou hailed a cab and quickly headed towards the company's lobby.

The company's name is WeiYi International Designers, the name is not only elegant but also forward. The designers that are able to join this company are some of the industry famous designers.

YouYou found this job through her interpersonal network and was subsequently accepted by the company for an interview because of her unique design concepts. Her mother's best friend works for WeiYi design department as the creative director and YouYou have long treated her like her godmother.

Her godmother have also been very caring towards her, she came into designing as a result of having been influenced by her godmother since young. Presently, her godmother have reached that level of respect that she was able to help by securing her an opportunity.

At the company's lobby, YouYou stepped into the reception area looking professional and tidy in her black power suit with minimally done make up, at 1.66m tall, her slim body with her waist length flowing hair easily exuded their own beauty.

"Are you Miss YouYou Tang?" right at this moment, a voice called out to her. She turned her head and smiled with a slight nod as she replied, "Yes, that's me!"

"I am designer Liu's personal assistant, could you please come with me to the HR department for your interview." the plain looking personal assistant was a little taken aback when she saw YouYou's appearance as she wasn't expecting a beauty.

"OK! Thank you so much!" YouYou thanked the personal assistant politely and followed her to HR.

After her interview, she wanted to go and say hi to her godmother, however she happened to be off site for the day. YouYou had no choice but to leave, since her official work day starts tomorrow.

She was looking down and pondering if she should go to the supermarket to grab some daily necessities now that she have some time and stepped into the lift that arrived, without noticing the group of important people that are waiting at the lift lobby to take a private lift at the same time.
