Jantiara Luna's POV

"A red wine this early morning? Something must be bothering you."

With one hand holding the wine glass and the other one crossing on my chest, I didn't bother myself to look at the person talking behind me. It's been two days since they are home. At sa loob ng dalawang araw na 'yun, palaging na sa loob ako ng kwarto, o kung hindi naman ay sa basement namamalagi, kung saan naka-kulong ang nababaliw na si Claw.

I wake up late and sleep late for them not to talk to me. I even didn't talk with my daughter yet. How could I even though? When she's always with my mother.

Ngayon lamang ako nagkaroon ng pagkakataon na tumambay sa labas. Nagising ako nang wala silang lahat sa bahay. Hindi ko akalain na uuwi rin sila kahit hindi pa naman magga-gabi.

Jacob sat at the chair in front of me. He's in Europe for almost a year, busy with his "Royal duties". Kaya ngayon ko lang napansin ang maliliit na pagbabago sa mukha niya. He looks matured.

"We didn't wake you up earlier because we knew that you wouldn't lik ---."

I put down the glass and put my attention back to the laptop in front of me. Ayaw kong marinig ang nakakasuya niyang rason.

I heard him sigh. Talagang sa akin lang talaga nasusubukan ang haba ng pasensiya niya. Sadly, he really likes to meddle with anything that concerns me. Magmula pa man noon. Kaya palagi siyang nakakatanggap ng mga cold responds, ginugusto niya naman 'yan.

"Mom wants to talk to you." Muli niyang saad.

Ipinagsawalang bahala ko ang sinabi niya. He knows what's the score between me and our mother, and here he is, insinuating something, he knew that I wouldn't do.

Sa muli kong hindi pagpansin sa kaniya, alam kong naiirita na ito sa akin pero pilit na iniintindi ang sitwasyon. He know he could argue with me, but he didn't like what will happen next, everytime we will do that.

"Lion's Lare ambush, Hemera Nyx being lost, a dead body and a crazy man in the mansion's basement, two of DOOM's member spying on the Viktroune Clan, a case against the organization and specifically, you, and finally, you, investing into an architecture and engineering firm? All in just a span of weeks? What the hell are you doing, Luna?"

I stopped what I am currently doing and finally looked at him. Hindi man nakakunot ang mga noo nito, pero kita sa mga mata niya kung papaano ito naiinis sa mga nangyari noong mga nagdaang araw na wala sila.

I sighed and took my eyes off him. I prefer continue what I'm doing rather than responding to what he said. Hindi na ako magtataka kung saan niya nalaman ang lahat ng 'yan. My cousin Eziah is a serious man, but he is such a talker! Daig pa ang babae sa pagiging tsismoso ng isang 'yun.

Hindi na rin ako magtataka kung alam na nina Mommy at Tito Locrine ang mga nangyari. Hindi lang nila nagawang pagsabihan ako nung pagdating nila dahil imbes na salubungin sila ng yakap, pagdating namin no'ng gabing iyun, I directly went to my room.

I wouldn't be shocked also if next week, sa pagdating nina Lolo at ng Senyor, malalaman din ng mga iyun ang nangyari.

"The plan is making you introduce first using the opening of the company before we will take our move against the Viktroune. Now I just knew that you don't even have the plan on telling me how you killed, June and Jane De la Santos and took their parents as your prison? Baby , ..."

Kumunot ang noo ko sa narinig. Tsk, he always likes to call me like that whenever he wants me to agree on him.

" ... Baby, the Senyor will surely get mad at you."
