𝙸. Chapter 5: "You're the fastest man alive"

Salvage Yard, South Africa

Natasha lands the Quinjet a few yards away from the Salvage yard, "Bruce, you stay here if we need you we'll use Code Green," Captain America says grabbing his shield and places it on his back.   

"It's a thing with me, Stark is a sickness!" Ultron yells, his voice echoing through the ship's structure.

"Aw Junior, you're going to break your old man's heart," A new voice interrupts. It was Tony Stark, in his signature Red and Gold Armored suit. Captain America and Thor stand next to him.

"If I have to," Ultron replies.

"Nobody has to break anything," Thor pipes in.

"Clearly you never made an Omelette,"

"He beat me by one second." Iron man mumbles, and Thor stares at him in confusion.

"Aye it's funny Mr. Stark, It's what comfortable-" Pietro begins to say looking down at the missiles, "Like old times," he finishes.

"This was never my life," Tony Replies sadly, reminiscing the days of his past.

"You three can still walk away from this." Captain America says. Sarah looks at her father. She doesn't think she can just walk away from the life she was fed to believe for decades. She never had a childhood. Never made any lasting relationships besides with Wanda and Pietro.

"Oh, we will." Wanda mocks, Sarah returns from her longing thoughts about her past life.

"I know you suffered," Steve tells Wanda,

"You don't know anything," Sarah says, Wanda sadly looks to her.

"American?" Iron Man asks in a small whisper. If he had J.A.R.V.I.S he probably could get the answer to his question right about now. 

"Ugh, Captain America." Steve stared at Ultron with fear of what he has to say. "God's righteous man. Pretending you can live without a war. I can't physically throw up in my mouth."

"If you believe in peace, then let us keep it." Thor pleads.

"I think you're confusing peace with quiet."

"Yuh-huh. What's the Vibranium for?" Iron Man asks.

"I'm glad you ask that because I wanted to take this time to explain my evil plan." Ultron scoffed activating a magnet that draws Tony into him before he's drop to the floor. Out of nowhere rogue Iron Legion Robots burst up from the deck below, Landing on the catwalk to attack Steve and Thor.

While Captain America and Thor have their hands full, as they battle Ultron's robot Puppets, Iron man and Ultron are also busy, wrestling each other high above everyone.

Steve manages to clear some Robots and start making his way to Wanda and Sarah. Watching his every move, Wanda subdues him with her powers. Steve loses his balance falls to the floor of the metal catwalk.

Klaue in the midst of everything has finally recovered from Ultron's blow to his Jaw. Breathing heavily he says to his main guy, "Shoot them." he says,

"Which ones?"

"All Of Them!" He yells, his voice could be heard from all parts of the ship. Within minutes Klaue's men burst out from the sidelines, guns in hand, bullets bouncing off the steel walls of the ship.

The Blackwidow and Hawkeye finally make their appearances known, after being in the shadows for most of the confrontation with Ultron. Natasha fights Klaue's men, the ones closest to her, while Hawkeye stands high and afar shooting them with his Arrows.

Wanda and Sarah do what they do best, stalking in the shadows. Pietro, on the other hand, loves being on the front lines. He can't manage to stay still for more than a few minutes. Pietro went for thor first, then his anger was directed at Steve. Weaving through the obstacles in his way, He dodges and ducks Captain America's shield before punching Steve in the face, Pietro's movement and momentum are what sent the soldier backward.

"You don't deserve to have her love," Pietro states angrily, Speaking up for Sarah. Pietro has been enraged that a father could allow his daughter to endure more than a life's worth of torture and experimentation. As Pietro speeds away, the world once again going in slow motion for him. Steves looks up confused for a brief second, 'who is he talking about?', he thinks to himself.

Weaving its way through Klaue's men, Mjolnir catches Pietro's gaze, as Mjolnir passes him he tries to grab the handle. Finding Pietro unworthy the momentum causes him to fly out his speed and into some crates on the lower deck.

Steve holds his shield to a legionnaire's neck while Thor calls his hammer back and takes the robot's head off. Steve then throws his shield to strike three of Klaue's when his shield returns to him he spots Pietro standing up. Jumping down in silences Captain America strikes him with the shield, making him fall back down again.

"It's time for some mind games," Ultron's Voice came out of one of his robot puppets, "You know what to do," The robot says turning to Sarah, She looks down at Captain America, her father knowing what she must do in order to mess with his head.

"Stay down, kid," Captain America says,

"Thor, status?" He questions into his coms. When he turns around to locate Thor, Sarah is behind him.

"The girl tried to warp my mind. Take special care, I doubt a human could keep her at bay. Fortunately, I am mighty." Thor's voice fades into white noise, He was Wanda's first victim.

Sarah's whole demeanor says 'she's not a threat', and Steve senses this. "You won't hurt me...If you wanted to, you would've done it when we first met," He states.

"Who are you?" He asks. The answer to that question would definitely be the one to mess with his head.

"I asked you that question first, Remember?" Asking a question with a question, smart, if you want the person you are talking to, to know you're avoiding something.

"There's nothing on you, it's like your a ghost," Steve says, changing the subject. 'maybe she would answer that question,'

"Take that up with Hydra," Sarah spits, her words like Venom escaping her lips.

"How long were you with them?"

"All my life it seems, I can't remember a time when-" She begins to say before the blur of Pietro pushes Steve back into a stair railing, "I wasn't" she finishes confused, not seeing her father in front of her anymore.

Looking a few feet away she spots Wanda and Pietro hovering over him. Teleporting to them she says, "I wasn't finished with him,"

"You were taking to long." He states,

"Of course, you'd think that Pietro, you're the fastest man alive." She says rolling her eyes then soon regrets it. He smirks and says, "I am aren't I," before He speeds away with his ego a level higher than it once was.

Wanda's fingers fiddles with red energy Before it makes its way into Captain America's mind...

"Why did you do that? his mind was mine to mess with,"

"You and I both know, you wanted answers more than you wanted to mess with his head," Wanda was right, Sarah wanted to know why her father and mother would let her fall into the hands of cruel people, like Hydra. Her mind is protecting her from some of her earlier memories. Like the day she was taken. without seeing the whole truth, she blames her father.
