KNOWHERE

"This place looks deserted," Peter states.

"I'm reading movement in the third quadrant," Drax informs.

"Yep, I'm picking that up too. Let's put down right here." Peter says.

The four Guardians then landed their ship nearby. They approach the Collector's museum and start to hear two voices in the distance, one being the collector and the other being Thanos

"I don't have it," Tivan replies,

"Everyone in the galaxy knows you'd sell your own brother if you thought it would add even the slightest trinket to your pathetic collection," Thanos remarks.

The four Guardians slowly make their way towards the commotion

"I know you have the Reality Stone, Tivan. Giving it to me will spare you a great deal of suffering," Thanos says placing his massive boot on Tivan's chest.

Tivian lets out a groan, "I told you. I sold it. Why would I lie?" he questions.

"I imagine it's like breathing for you," Thanos spits

"Like suicide," He says nodding in agreement.

"You do understand. Not even you would surrender something so precious," Thanos says with a smirk.

"I didn't know what it was," Tivan says.

"Then you're more of a fool than I took you for.

     "It's him," Drax whispers.

"Last chance, charlatan. Where's the stone?" Thanos puts more pressure on Tivian's chest.

"Today," Drax begins in a whisper, "he pays for the deaths of my wife and daughter," Pulling out his knife, "Drax. Drax. Drax, wait. Not yet, not yet, not yet. Drax." Peter whispers and attempts to stop Drax,

"Drax, Drax, Drax. Listen to me. He doesn't have the stone yet. If we get it, then we can stop him. We have to get the stone first. Yeah,"

"No. For Ovette, for Camaria." Drax says pushing Peter aside.

Mantis stepped in and places her hand on Drax's head, "Sleep," Mantis commands making Drax sleep, he collapses to the ground catching Thanos' attention.

Thanos throws the Collector into a tank before advancing towards the sound.

"Okay. Gamora, Mantis, you go right," Peter instructs in a whisper.

Gamora ignores his instructions attacking Thanos without waiting

She engages Thanos, hoping on a few crates before lifting Godslayer, he easily dodges it and catches her next swing. He crumbles the sword in his grasp.

Gamora quickly and fatally stabs him with the remains of Godslayer and the switchblade Thanos had given her as a child.

He looks up at Gamora as he slowly slides to the floor holding onto the wound on his neck,     "Why?" He manages to get out, "Why you, daughter?"

Gamora starts to cry.

"That was quick," Peter points out walking up behind Gamora

Tivan then starts to clap, "Magnificent! Magnificent! Magnificent!" He bravos, as Gamore continues to weep.

"Is that sadness I sense in you, daughter?" Thanos questions.

Gamora stops her cries, and stares up to Thanos, shock consumes her expression, he's not the Thanos that's talking, "In my heart, I knew you still cared,"

Dead Thanos and the surroundings of Knowhere began to dissolve in a red mist, revealing a burning wasteland.

"But one never knows for sure. Reality is often disappointing," Thanos says revealing his true self to Gamora.

"That is, it was. Now, reality can be whatever I want,"

"You knew I'd come," Gamora says, swallowing a lump in her throat.

"I counted on it. There's something we need to discuss, little one," Thanos says.

Gamora make an attempt to attack Thanos, but was quickly restrained.

"Thanos!" Drax Yells, taking a leap with his weapons.

Thanos smirks, in Drax' leap he uses the reality stone Turing him into lifeless bricks at Drax as he used the Reality Stone to turn him into lifeless bricks. Mantis lets out a gasp, inadvertently revealing her position. Thanos turns her into

"Let her go," Peter said as he finally confronts Thanos and aim his Quad Blaster.

     "Peter," Gamora says with concern.

"I told you to go right," He says softly.

"Now? Really?" Gamora asks, starting to weep.

"You, let her go!" Peter demands Thanos

     "Ah, the boyfriend," Thanos says.

"No. Like to think of myself more as a Titan-killing, long-term booty call. Let her go,"

     "Peter," Gamora calls,"

"I'm gonna blow that nutsack of a chin right off your face," Peter threatens.

"Not him. You promised. You promised," Gamora reminds him. She makes Peter point his Quad Blaster at her.

"Oh, daughter. You expect too much from him," Thanos says.

Thanos eyes Peter, "She's asked, hasn't she? Do it,"

Peter's too conflicted to pull the trigger on Gamora. His hesitation only calls for Thanos to bring Gamora closer to Peter "Do it!" Thanos yells.

Peter looks in Gamora's eyes pleadingly, "I told you to go right," Peter says.

"I love you more than anything," Gamora confesses to Peter.

"I love you too," His last words before he prepared himself to pull the trigger.

What was supposed to be a powerful blast was turned to bubbles by the reality stone.

"I like him," Thanos says towards Gamora.

At least he had the guts.

Gamora took one last look at Peter before the Space stone teleported her and Thanos away.
