"Sarah?" A Distant Voice makes it's way to Sarah's ears and it gets closer every second, "Come on, Sarah, Wake up,"
Her eyes slowly flutters open. The sun blinded her, she kept her eyes open long enough to see the figure calling out to her.
When she sees Kal's concerning eyes, She laughs, "Why does your face look like that?" she questioned his concerned look.
Kal raises an eyebrow, "Do you really have to ask that question? You know very well what you did,"
Sarah rolls her eyes in amusment.

Metropolis, Deleware
Lois makes her way to Kal's Pod and places the command key where it's supposed to go. She stares at, confusion etches on her face. "Oh, you've gotta be kidding me," She mumbles.
"Prepare the package," Hardy orders as his men.
They opened up the docking bay door and unhooked the spaceship harnesses in order to push it when they were given the signal.
"Loadmaster, is the package ready and are we ready to drop?" Hardy asked.
"Negative, Guardian!" Loadmaster responded.
"There's something wrong, it's not supposed to do this!" Lois yells over the rushing air.
"Well what's it supposed to do?" Dr. Hamilton asks.
"It's supposed to go in all the way," Lois responds.
"Let me take a look," Hamilton States.
Back in the Cockpit, Hardy turns to his co-pilot and says, "Co-pilot's aircraft," Hardy removes his Seatbelt.
"Co-pilots aircraft," Sam Wilson says keeping their heading.
Hardy walked into the loading area of the C-17 to see what the problem is, "We are lined up for the drop!" He steps down the stairs in a quick manor, "What's the hold up?"
"Got a slight set back!" Dr. Hamilton says.
A explosion catches their attention, One of their escort F-35's was blown to pieces. Zod's scout ship emerges through the smoke, "Target that aircraft," Zod says.
"Target locked," The ship responds.
The scouts ships weapons begin winding up.
Superman Flies towards the scout ship.
When Sarah sees the inside of the C-17, she's smiles up at Kal before Teleporting a way. Freedom, Know standing next to Lois, watches her jump. It wasn't the sudden presence of Sarah that made her jump, but the near miss of the scouts weapon.
"Why haven't you initiated the plan yet?" Freedom asks Lois,
"The command key isn't going in all the way, We don't know why," Lois responds.
The two woman watches helplessly as the Scout ship tilts downwards, towards the skyscrapers of metropolis.
"Come on. Superman has it handled," Freedom says grabbing Lois' arm gently pulling her towards Kal-El's pod.
Doctor Hamilton steps on the plate leveling himself with the Kryptonian pod, he stares at it intently, twisting his head following the making of the Pod.
When He rotates it, The command key slips through.
"Miss lane, It's not safe for you over there. Miss Laaaaane!" The airman screams, before the platform underneath him explodes sending him heardling towards the opening. Sarah outstretches her hand on instinct, Blue energy encases him and holds him mid-air. She thinks of the clearing she saw on her way here and he's gone.
"Lois!" Freedom screams, when she realize Lois was hanging on to the ramp. Without Warning a fist to her face sends freedom flying a couple feet behind some armed Airman. In Freedoms absence the Soldiers fire there weapons at Faora. Though her armor was to strong to penetrate.
Faora stares Hardy down, she went straight toward him. Stepping over a grunting Sarah, "B*tch," Freedom curses wiping the blood from her lip. Through the opening of her fingers she was able to see Lois holding on for dear life. She doesn't let another second pass before teleporting Lois of the plane.
Freedom stands and looks to Dr. Hamilton. He manages to find his glasses before standing. Sarah reaches for Doctor Hamilton, "Wait, Wait, Wait," he says desperately. "I can start it. While you help the Colonel,"
That's when the sound of a gun being fired hits her ears, Freedom sends him a soft nod.
When Freedom reaches the top step, Faora turns to face her. Freedom's eyes fall to the lifeless body in Faora's arms, "Sam!" Freedom cries.
Faora raises an eyebrow, "Oh? you knew this human?" She questions as Sam's body slips from her grasp.
'If only I got up here sooner,' she thought as she cradles him.
Colonel Hardy see's the love and grief Freedom is sharing for the fallen Soldier.
Doctor Hamilton pushed the Comand key in, Blue lightning surges around the pod.
"A Good death is it's own reward," Colonel Hardy says, Sarah looks up, the tears on her face has already dried. She watches as he pushes the throttle forward guiding the plane into the world engine.
"You're not dying today, Colonel," Freedom Replies, The Colonel is teleported to a safe place.
Freedom quickly teleports to the loading bay and gets Doctor Hamilton out of there before the c-17 can collide with Black Zero.
A wave of energy knocks Freedom out of them plane, She's falling and there's nothing she could do about it.
