Noah and I walk out the slider door to go to the clubhouse. He takes a deep breath and I look up at him. "Can I ask you something?" He asked as he glanced down at me.

"You already did." He rolled his eyes and get serious. "What?"

"Did you actually want me to come today or were you trying to give Ivy and Eric some time alone together?" I stop walking as did he.

"You know about them?" He scuffs.

"Eric is one of my best friends. He has had a crush on Ivy ever since grade school. It wasn't until last year that he finally stopped obsessing over her. I figured it was because he found someone else but then she came over to my house more when he was there. I caught him sneaking in her room one night. I didn't say anything because I wanted to see how long it was going to take her to tell me. Apparently a year."

"So earlier at the dorm, you knew he was in the bathroom?" He sighs.

"No, but I suspected. You don't just openly change in front of anyone." I smile.

"You aren't anyone." He chuckles. I sigh as I look away. "When I asked you to come with me I wasn't even thinking about Ivy and Eric. I was looking that I needed a friend and I enjoyed your company." I said turning back to him. He smiles.

"I enjoy your company too."

"Even for a poor virgin?" I said bumping his arm. He scuffs.

"When I look at you I don't see a poor girl nor do I see a virgin. Well, maybe a virgin." My jaw dropped. "I see a woman who has been hurt by so many guys that trusting someone is hard. I see a woman who has been misunderstood more times than she could count. I don't see the mask you put on for everyone to see. I just see you." I gulped as every word ran through my mind. I cleared my throat and continued walking. "Speechless?" I nodded as I opened the door to the clubhouse. It was decorated like a cabin. It had the oak planks and fireplace. The floor was polished oak planks. The bedding was a plain grey. I walk over to the king-size bed and sit down. He stands in front of me. I look up at him.

"Are you sure you don't want to go home or to your dorm? You can drive my car." He smiles as he sits next to me.

"As tempting as that is I think should stay."

"And why is that?" I asked. He stares in my eyes switching every other second.

"Because you said you needed a friend. What kind of friend would I be if I left you here with your ex only next door?" I let out a soft laugh.

"The clubhouse has a lock." He chuckles.

"You just couldn't let me have that win?" I smile.

"Fine, thank you for protecting me from the leach that is Trent." He nods.

"You're welcome." He sighs as he looks away. "I'll sleep on the couch." He said getting up. I went to protest but decided against it. I walk up to the fridge they had in here and grab out water. I take a few sips before putting the cap back on it. I turn around to see him spread out on the couch. He was too tall to be on the tiny couch. I let out a small giggle. He looks at me.

"You can sleep on the bed." He shakes his head.

"No, it's fine. I've slept on things a lot smaller." I walk over to him and grab his hand. I pull him up and he sighs. I walk him over to the bed and push him on it. He looks up at me. "I suggest you be careful Ms. Hazel. A man could get the wrong idea." I was a little shocked he knew my last name.

"Well, Mr. Princeton I suggest you get some sleep before you find yourself into some trouble." He bites his lip.

"Trouble sounds fun." I shake my head at him and walk away. "You are such a tease." I giggle as I lay on the bed. He rolls over and hovers over to me.

"What are you-?" Before I could finish he had his lips on mine. I was surprised but I got even more surprised that I kissed him back. He pulls me more to his body and I let out a small moan. I push him back to catch my breath and he smiles. I was a little scared as to where he thought this was going to go.

"Don't worry I don't want that. I just want to kiss you for a few. That's all. I promise." I took a deep breath before I put my lips back on his. He gladly kisses me back. I slightly bite his lip causing him to groan. He places a kiss down to my neck and I was about to push him back when he places a kiss on my cheek. "Go to sleep beautiful." He whispered in my ear before returning to his side of the bed. I look over at him to see him smiling at me. I laid on my side for a while just looking at him. He stayed still with the same smile spread out on his face. I moved over towards him and he opens his arms. I lay my head on his chest and he kisses my forehead.

"Why didn't you try anything?" I asked nervous about his answer. He takes a deep breath.

"Because you're pure and I would never attempt to take that away without your permission. It's not that you aren't pretty because you are more than that. I just have more respect towards you than that." I look up to meet his eyes. I gave him a small smile before looking down at his lips. I leaned up and kissed his lips softly. He rests his hand on waist holding me so I wouldn't fall back. He kissed me back ever so softly. I pull back and look up at him.

"Good night, Noah." He smiles.

"Good night, Hope."
