Chapter 14

I groaned as the sunlight blinded me as I turned on my side. I felt the bed move and the shades close. The bed dips again and I open my eyes. Noah looks at me and gives me a small smile. "Go back to bed. You can use the sleep." I glance behind him to see it was only 9 in the morning. I looked back at him and I gave him a small smile. 

"Thank you, Noah." He gives out a small chuckle. 

"It's not a problem." I shake my head. 

"I mean for last night. We've only known each other for a few months but you came when I called. So thank you." He looks at me for a second before looking away. 

"I know the type of guy Levi is and I don't trust him to make the best decisions while he is intoxicated. Which would be fine if it wasn't all the time." He looks back at me. "I was worried about you spending time with him. I'm glad you called me." I gave him another smiled before yawning. "Go back to sleep." I shake my head. 

"I have to be up soon. I am going to go hang out with Deon today." He gives me a small nod. 

"Well, I can drop you off where ever you need." I nod. I look at him and look away. 

"Would you like to join me today?" I asked with my gaze going back to his. He smiled. 

"Would Deon be okay with that?" He asked. 

"I don't think he would have a problem with it considering he wouldn't stop talking about you when we were on the phone yesterday." He chuckles. I giggle with him. He opens his mouth to say something when a knock on his door interrupted. He looks at it and back at me. 

"It's open!" He yelled. I sit up as the door opens. Ivy walks in looking at him until her attention was on me. 

"When did you get here?" She asked. 

"Late last night," I answered. She nods slowly and looks at her brother. 

"And um why are you in Noah's bed?" She asked. I look at Noah nervously. He smiles at me and looks at his sister. 

"She was going through a lot last night and crashed here when she got here." Ivy nods. 

"Well, Eric is taking me back to the dorm so I can get my car. Do you need a ride?" She asked. I shake my head. 

"I already told her I would give her a ride a little later so she can get some more sleep and food." Ivy nods. 

"Alright well if you need anything just call." I nod. She looks at Noah before walking out. I turn to him and sigh. 

"Sorry about kissing you last night," I said. He smiles. 

"I didn't mind it." I roll my eyes. 

"I'm sure you didn't." He chuckles as he stands up. For the first time since I woke up, I noticed he was shirtless. He had tattoos on his back and a few on his chest. Along with the three on his right arm and almost a full sleeve on his left arm. He wore sweatpants that hugged him perfectly. Leaving a lot to the imagination. He walks over to his dresser and sighs as he looks at his phone. "Something wrong?" He glanced back at me. 

"I got a few messages from my mom. Nothing to worry about right now. She can bitch at me later." I stand up and looked down at my outfit. 

"Hey, we need to stop by the dorm. I need to change." 

"Okay," I look up at him to see him putting a shirt on. "Do you want me to cook you something to eat or do you want to stop on the way?" I put my hair up in a ponytail and looked at him. 

"We can grab something. It's an hour's drive to Deon's place." He nods. 

"Well, let's get going." We walk out to his car and I got in. The drive to campus was short. Noah parked next to my car even though it was the girl's dorms. We had decided to take my car instead. He liked the idea of it and I missed driving my baby. I walk into my room to Ivy sitting on her bed. She looks up at me. I glance over towards the bathroom as Eric walks out. I glance behind me to see Noah on his phone texting his mom. I look over at Eric as he stops walking. He opens his mouth to say something when I motioned for him to get back in the bathroom. He rushed in there and closed the door before Noah walked in. Ivy looks at Noah. 

"What's going on?" She asked. I walk to my closet. 

"Noah is going to hang out with me for the day," I said looking at her. She gives me a confused look to which I wink at her. She nods. 

"Okay," She said getting up. I pull out an outfit and turn around ready to go to the bathroom. I stop as I remembered Eric was in there. I cleared my throat at Noah. 

"Can you turn around please?" I asked. He gives me a confused look. 

"Why don't you just go get dressed in the bathroom?" I look at Ivy for a second. She clears her throat causing him to look at her. 

"Because our bathroom is too small. It's hard to get dressed in there." She said. He crosses his arms at her. He looked like he was ready to protest as he glances at the bathroom. He looks back at me with a nod. 

"Fine." He turns around with his back towards me. Ivy looks at me and back at him. I quickly got dressed and grabbed my car keys. He turns to me at the sound of my keys and smiles. "Am I driving?" I let out a dry laugh. 

"You're cute but not that cute. No one drives my baby. Deon got a pass because he fixed her after crashing her." I said. He sighs. 

"Fine." I turn to Ivy and smile. 

"We will be back sometime around 7 tonight maybe later." She nods.
