Chapter 22: In Motion

Ozpin's Office

"I don't like the looks of this Ozpin" Glynda Goodwitch tells the headmaster who takes a sip of his coffee. "It may not be as heavy duty as the last one but it still put up a challenge for Y/N" Ozpin says looking at the photos. "Have you sent the corpse to James?" Glynda asks Ozpin. "Yes I did, he noticed right away the Atlas tech and mentioned shipments of armor and weapons are being stolen" Ozpin answered. "Let me guess the Hand of Creation are involved?" Glynda asked.

Ozpin took another sip of his coffee "yes, they are becoming more of a problem and seeing more of these cyber grimm worries me" Ozpin says. "What do you mean Ozpin sir?" Glynda asks worried. "Grimm aren't born they are created and what these cyber grimm are raise the question will the creator get fed up" Ozpin answers. The two of them look out the window "do you think they will be ready?" Glynda asks.

"That I can't say all we can do is teach our students all that we can" Ozpin answers. Glynda sighs "do you think Y/N will be able to stop them?" she asks Ozpin. "I trust Y/N, his team and his friends they will do whatever they can to make sure all of us are safe" Ozpin answers. "Oh I would appreciate it if you could go down to the cafeteria and check up on things" Ozpin tells Glynda. "Yes sir and thank you for talking with me Ozpin" Glynda says before she leaves the office.

Now alone Ozpin thinks to himself "I hope for our sakes the two of them do not team up" he says aloud.

Time Skip

Cafeteria

In the dinning hall we see Ruby and her two team members talking about how they should spend their last day of break before the semester starts. Blake mentions that her and Y/N are going to hangout with each other later. Ruby gets super excited and misinterpreted "hangout" as "date". She begins to question Blake and ask her what they're plans are for the "date".

As Ruby is questioning Blake Y/N and his team show up with their trays and take their seats. Y/N sits down next to Blake while Rider sits down next to Weiss and Chris and Benny sit down next Nora and Ren. Seeing Y/N makes Ruby start to question him about what his plans are for the date. Y/N sighs and tries to explain that while he and Blake confessed their feelings to each other they are not going on a date today. Ruby doesn't listen and still is saying the two are going on a date.

While that is going on Nora is flinging food into Chris's mouth. Benny is busy reading a book about inside gardening. Rider is awkwardly talking to Weiss about weapons and what types of dust to use. While all of this is going on the food fight between Nora and Chris turns ugly when the two of them throw pie at both Rider and Weiss. "Heads up blind man and ice queen" Chris says. From there things turn real ugly very quick.

"I am going to kill you, you flea bitten mutt" Weiss says standing up. "Not if I kill him first" Rider says. Both Nora and Chris gulp in fear.

Outside Cafeteria

Outside of the cafeteria we see Sun with his friend Neptune. Sun is telling Neptune his new friends and how he wants him to keep his cool. Sun also mentions Blake and how she is a faunus. Neptune instantly thinks Sun has a girlfriend but Sun explains that while she is a faunus someone else has her hand and her heart. Neptune understands but tells Sun that he shouldn't give up so easily.

The two enter the cafeteria and see a massive food fight going on. They see Y/N with his arm up as a shield protecting himself and Blake. They also see Chris on top of Benny's shoulders throwing food at everyone. Suddenly Neptune gets covered in grape soda. This seems fun to Sun seeing everyone throw food at each other as a pineapple goes through the air.

Suddenly an angry Glynda Goodwitch enters the cafeteria and sees the mess being made. She then uses her semblance to stop everyone from moving. "You all are in TROUBLE!!!" Glynda says smacking her riding crop on her hand. Then with a quickness Glynda uses her semblance to restore the cafeteria back to normal. She then walks over to the table where team RWBY, CYBR and JNPR are sitting at.

Glynda scollds the team for their behavior telling them they should act more civilized. She sees Y/N annoyed and tells him to keep better control of his team. Suddenly Ozpin appears and causing Glynda to ask him to punish the students. To hers and everyone else's Ozpin doesn't punish them. Instead Ozpin says that it is good to see his students having fun before school starts back up. When Glynda asks Ozpin why he doesn't punish them Ozpin explains that is best for the students to enjoy their youth while it lasts.

Time Skip

Abandoned Wearhouse

In an abandoned wearhouse we see Roman Torchwick talking to two people. Their names are Emerald and Mercury they are known thieves. Early today they delt with a faunus named Tuskon who owned a bookstore. They beat him and stole papers from him. Roman steals a paper with the address of the bookstore. He then begins to question them about it as it was not apart of the plan.

When the two don't give Roman the answer he wanted he threatens them. Before he can do anything he is stopped by a mysterious woman. The woman's name is Cinder Fall and Emerald and Mercury are with her. "I wish you would of taken care of that idiot Tuskon sooner and as for you two I am disappointed you didn't follow my orders and keep your hands clean here" Cinder tells the three.

Cinder then turns her attention back to Roman. "Don't look at me I'm busy stealing dust while also dealing with gold demons and grimm with guns" Roman says defending himself. Emerald laughs "your just a common thief and a crazy one at that" she tells him. "Take that back little girl, I have this whole town in fear" Roman says raising his fist at Emerald. "enough both of you, I understand your concerns about the gold demon he will be dealt with and as for the grimm soldier you saw their are many more and the group responsible for them will be finished by the time my plan is complete" Cinder tells them.

"I wish you would stop keeping me in the dark and tell me your so-called plan" Roman tells Cinder. "They are on a need to know basis and you don't need to know, we're done stealing dust we are going on ahead with phase 2" Cinder tells Roman. Before Cinder leaves she tells Roman to have the white fang nice the dust to another location.

As Cinder walks away with Emerald and Mercury she looks at the pictures of a person wearing a gold and black demon mask. "They say he has the ability to change his arm into multiple weapons" Mercury tells Cinder. "Yeah and that he can do things no one else can do" Emerald tells Cinder. "Luckily I happen to know who the gold demon is and I want you two to deal with him" Cinder tells the two. "He goes to Beacon and I want you to break him down and make him one of us before the idiot Hands of Creation get their so-called arbiter" Cinder says. She then shows pictures of Y/N with his team, with his friends, his sister and his girlfriend. "Consider it done" Mercury says "we'll do this no problem" Emerald says.
