"Well shit."

"Jung Eun, watch your language."

A woman, much older than both Jaemin and the girl, scolded, pinching her daughter's ears.

"Sorry." the girl, Eun, mumbled. She glanced at Jaemin, but quickly looked away.

Jaemin on the other hand, was extremely shocked. He looked at her once more before everything came to him.

It was the same girl he'd seen at his parent's party. The last girl he'd seen before waking up with Hajoon the following morning.

He stared at the girl, not being able to look away. He just couldn't. Everything was all Eun's fault. Although maybe some was also Jaemin's, but the majority of everything that had happened to him was for sure hers.

Jaemin was too lost in thought to realize his mother standing behind him.

"Jaemin, move over," she whispered, throwing a smile at the others standing oustide of the door.

Jaemin slightly moved to the right, his eyebrows scrunched together. He still couldn't believe Eun was the same girl he had his last one night stand with.

The memories came flooding back. From the time he went to the party, to the drinks she gave him, and then what happened between the two.

He glanced over at the girl, but no matter how long he stared at her, she would never look back at him. In fact, she looked everywhere except for him.

Jaemin greeted the rest of the family, but his mind wasn't focused well enough. He hazily walked over to the living room along with everyone else.

Jaemin looked over at Jaehyun, who gave him a small smile. Jaemin returned the favor, and then brought his focus back at the girl.

And as expected, she still wasn't looking back at him.

Jaemin scoffed. This is when he realized that this was in fact the girl that had left Hajoon with him. She was probably too guilty to even look at him.

The adults in the room noticed the tension between the 'couple' but didn't say anything about it. They just convinced themselves it was nothing.

"So," Mrs. Jung said, turning to Jaemin. "Jaemin, how are you?"

"Huh?" Jaemin mumbled, getting out of his trance. "Oh, I'm fine. How are you?"

"We're doing well," she replied, sending him a warm smile. "I was thinking if we give you and Eun some time to talk?"

Jaemin gave her a smile. At least now he'd be able to confront her. "That would be nice," he mumbled, standing up.

"Eun, go," Mrs. Jung told her daughter, pushing her up and towards Jaemin.

Jaemin grabbed the girls hand, and pulled her up the stairs into his room. Slowly, he closed the door behind and turned towards her.

"So," she began, but was interrupted.

"Are you Hajoon's real mother?"

The room became silent again. Until she spoke up.

"I'm sorry, I don't know who Hajoon is."

He groaned. "Oh my God, are you the baby's real mother?"

The room once again became quiet. This time, Eun knew exactly what Jaemin was talking about.

"So you named him Hajoon," she tried to divert the subject, but she knew she really couldn't.

"Eun, just answer the question," Jaemin said, sternly, sending chills down the girl's spine.

She sighed before looking back at him.

"Yes."
