JAKE'S POV.......

"Mr Heandrason??"

"Yeah???"

"Please come with me"  The Nurse called  leading me down the quiet hallway. Why is it so quiet? Why don't I hear crying any kind of crying just crying.

"Sister,, is everything okay? Is my wife okay? Is my baby fine?" I didn't understand, this is not how I pictured our Labour Day would be.

"The Doctor will tell you Everything you need to know Sir."

Fuck this confidentiality shit I just need to know if Everything is okay because if not I swear I am Jumping off a cliff.

We kept walking Until we got to room 2148 where Nelly was kept. She was sleeping peacefully and her baby bump was still intact.

Then what happened??

"Doctor please tell me something." I approached the doctor who was taking off her blue rubber gloves washing her hands at the basin.

"Mr Heandrason there is no need to panic, your wife is  perfectly okay and your baby is healthy everything is fine ." The Doctor said calmly.

"Then why are we here? What happened?" Like seriously

"Your wife was just experiencing what we call Braxton Hicks contractions. It sort of Like prepares the woman for the "

"So it was Fake?"

"Oh the pain is very real Sir. It's just that there is no baby yet."

Whatever the Doctor was saying, baby or no baby yet I'm just glad that My Nelly is okay.

"When can I take her home?" I asked my head pointing towards Nelly.

"Well I would like to keep her here for  one more day Incase she actually does go into labour, for real this time."

"But I thought everything was fine."

"Considering your wife's high blood pressure Mr Heardrason it wouldn't be a surprise if she went into early labour. Her high blood pressure was awfully high, and this might be a problem when she goes into labour so please make sure that she does not undergo stressful events and be careful to watch what she eats okay."

"Sure Doctor Thank you" I said feeling bad that the high blood might be my fault. The doctor walked out leaving me alone with the future mother of my child, my Fiance who everyone including me was referring to her as my Wife. God I hope I do end up wifing this beautiful Human being.

I sat by her side admiring her beautiful face. I placed one hand on her tummy and took her hand with the other one. It felt so warm. Like she would wake up smile at me and tell me I was looking at her like a creep.

"Ohh, I always seem to Fuck up don't I?"

"Of course you can't respond and beat me up about it because you are laying here. Because of me" As I said this I felt a wave of emotions rush through me and tears just Forced their way out of my eyes.

"I am so sorry baby so sorry, I love you and if I had known how hurting it would be for you to see that man again, I would never have brought him, I don't know what I was thinking, I just,,,,  I'm just.... I'm sorry."

"Where is my beautiful God babyyyyy" Jessica basically threw herself in the room with her balloons still in hand and Dave following behind.But her excitement left her as soon as it came upon realizing my waterworks and Nelly asleep with her baby bump still intact.

"Where is baby Jake?"

"Jake?? Talk what's going on what happened??"
