JAKE'S POV.

Things were amazing, everything felt in place and God I hopped I didn't do anything to jinx it, Nelly was happily smiling, the pregnancy was fine everything was perfect. I promised myself that my main priority would be my beautiful wife to be and my unborn baby nothing more nothing less.

"You look deep in thought,who is she that's got you thinking so hard." Nelly said   sitting comfortably close to me on the couch with a bowl of grapes she looked so cute in her white night gown and bunny slippers,her baby bump looking ever so cute, damn this woman is beautiful, Everytime I see her it feels like a feature has been enhanced on her face, her beauty gets better by the day. I loved her no I love her so much.

"I can't tell you who she is sweetheart I can only tell you what it is about her that's got my mind wondering off."

"Hmm, let's hear it then let me hear what I'm going up against so I can up my game."

"I don't think you can compete, I don't think anyone could,, let me see." I said throwing one of her grapes into my mouth.

"She is beautiful, she is short, she is my chubby cuddle bunny, she has the sweetest voice, the prettiest smile, she will hypnotize you with her melodious laughter, she has the purest heart I've ever come across, did I mention that she is smart? Well yeah she is smart, so smart she sometimes makes me feel dum. She is so nice she is,,, indescribable and I don't think I can live without her." at that moment Nelly had stopped stuffing grapes in her face and was looking at me with tear filled eyes.

"I don't think anybody like that exists." She whispered trying to hold in her tears.

"She doesn't,she only exists in my world, a world that would be very empty without her."I whispered back kissing her on her blush filled face, and she used that opportunity to pull me into a hug while she burried her face in my chest.

"I love you." She muffled the words against my chest.

"And I love you forever my love."  I answered back kissing her on the head.

"Only me?"
"Only you my love."
"And only you too."

And that's that. Just the two of us and our baby, who by the way seems to be taking forever to come into the real world.
We stayed like that until my phone rang, it was urgent business that I had to quickly solve and rid of it so I can spend time with my sunflower.

Nelly'sPOV

There was no better way to say this, I've been practicing all day what I would say to Jake but Everytime I see him all the words manage to make an exit out of my brain. Stupid words, how dare you blank out after I rehearsed you for so long

Fuck this, I will just do it, blurt it out, I mean why am I acting like it's such a big deal? Is it?

"Now your the one who looks like you're deep in thought." Jake said throwing himself on the couch.

"I want to see him again."I said without giving any thought to it and he looked at me like I was crazy. I understood why I mean I did throw a fit the last time he was here but come on was I supposed to welcome him with open arms after finding out  he threw me under the bus and left me to be eaten by beasts.

"Don't look at me like that Jake say something."

"I I.... I don't know... are you okay are you taking new medication?"

"Don't make me sound like I'm crazy baby I'm serious."I looked at him with pleading puppy eyes but he wasn't budging

"Listen I know things didn't go well the last time he was here. I just wasn't ready like everything was just too overwhelming."
