CHAPTER 12

Brie's POV:

It's been a week since the last I saw Diego, the day where I fought others just to save him. Since that day, I feel that I should be responsible to him.

That thought makes me cringe. I know what is my feelings to him. I just want to set aside that, to secure myself from being heartbroken.

Mayroon na siyang girlfriend kaya nararapat lamang na iwasan ko siya. Kung ayaw kung malugmok ang sarili sa pagkasawi.

"Ma, where's Toni?"

"In his room. Why?" Hindi ko na siya sinagot pa at tumakbo na papunta sa kuwarto ng kapatid ko. Kinatok ko muna ang pinto bago buksan saka pumasok.

"Sis, why?" Naabutan ko siyang naglalaro ng psp kaya sinabi ko na ang pakay ko sakaniya.

"I need help"

"Huh, about what?" I know that frown of him. He suspecting me.

"C'on kid, I just need to know some big things in this house. And if I say "big", means it's something that interests you" he let a deep sighed after I mockingly grin to him then put his psp on the table beside him. I know that caught the interest of my brother even if he objected me. He can't do anything once I starts.

I just have to make move to know what's our family secrets. This day I came up having that thoughts in my mind because of Diego. It was already been month passed, since he confronts me about my family.

So,  I want to know that secrets with the help of my brother. I want to end this ridiculous things he sayin'.

We leave in his room then saw our parents talking over something while frowning. They both serious.

'Okay, so what's going now? '

"Mom, Dad, what's wrong? Why you both frowning?" They both stunned for a seconds as my brother asked them.

"Hheheheh, nothing. Did you want anything baby, Brie?" As my mom akwardly laugh while my father remain serious, I raised my eyebrow.

"Uh, nothing. Sige mom, dad, bye. Halika ka na ate Brie." He hold my hand and let it free after we get inside my room.

"Sa tingin ko. May tinatago talaga sila. Hahah. I now get it. Why do you want my help, sis. Don't worry I'm on it." I just smirk and shrug my shoulder to him.

'Siguraduhin mo lang na tama ka Diego'  I smirk with the thought in my mind.

Toni's POV:

I gathered all my gadgets that I always use when investigating. I never used this back then, due to my parents request for me. But now, I think this is the right time to show what I got to my sister. Tryin' to impress her.

"They better not lie to us nor make us stupid in this family." I heard my sister utter that word while sitting to my bed.

'Yeah, they better not to.'  I just shook my head because of what's running in my mind.

I know my sister even if she's too stubborn. She can do what she wants and I can't do anything about it. As long as she know, what she's doing.

I'm just helping her because I've also suspecting my parents about something. That, they were hiding of I don't know. We need to figure it out.

"Hindi pa ba tapos yan?"

"Relax, malapit na to. Are you sure about this?" I asked though I know what she's answer to it.

"Yeah, I'm dead serious of it. Kung hindi nila sasabihin satin then we should figure it out."

"Hm, if you say so. Noon pa man, alam ko nang mayroon silang tinatago satin. Kailangan lang natin mag - ingat para hindi nila malaman ang gagawin natin." Even to agree her to what I said.

'Tsk, same old, Brie.'

"Huh, what's wrong?"

"Sa tingin ko wala dito ang hinanap natin, ate!"

"Tsk, baka mali ang hinanap natin hindi wala. Impossibleng wala. Toni, you are the computer freak that I know. So show me what you've got, kid. Impress me!" What she said enough for me to sly grin and set my eyes to my pc then type our surname to the web.

We both cheered as I successfully entered to the dangerous web site I've known long time ago.

"Oh God, nagawa ko."

"Hahhaa, that's my brother. Anyway do it before someone hack it. We don't have any time to enter again to that site." Tinanguan ko siya  bago umpisahang ilink ang apelyido namin.

Masyadong delikado ang ginagawa namin kaya papalit - palit ako ng IP address para hindi malaman ang lugar namin.

"Ugh, masyadong marami naman ang tungkol sa apelyido natin, bro. How about search for our ancestors. Si lolo bilis." Napakamot ako ng ulo sa sinabi niya.
"Huh, huwag mong sabihing nalimutan mo siya." I gulp as she eyeing me.
"Tsk, type Victor. Victor Zamora. Kukutusan talaga kita, sinasabi ko sayo." Pagalit na niyang sabi kaya nagsimula na akong magtype kay lolo. Bakit kasi si lolo pa ang nalimutan ko ang pangalan.

After I read it, we both look into our eyes. Shocked registered on it.

"Fuck/Tang*na" we both said. After I recovered myself, I log out and off my pc then wreck my system unit. I know it's full of virus in it so I wrecked it already.

Someone's POV:

"Boss, someone invaded in our system. I can't detect their location..." I didn't let him finish his sentence as I punched his monitor.

"Make sure. Do you fuckin job before I kill you, bastard." I left him and his comrades before my anger eat me.

"Tsk, anonymous invader. Let's start the game. No one should mess a Gamboa family. Hahahhahaa"
