Saw this headcanon about England being a heavy smoker, unsurprising, but quitting when chibi!America asked him to, much to the smugness of a certain frog.
My own addition to this is that nowadays, if England has a cigarette between his fingers, it's never a good sign, as he smokes when stressed or upset.
Recently, one per day is no longer enough.
