The Spanish words "Mi corazon" mean "my heart". Now, pronunciation wise, it sounds like croissant, because the z is softened to an s, and not a single letter is drawn out. Try saying it, it really sounds like croissant. At least to me it does!
But anyway, so imagine Romano just sitting there on his phone, promptly ignoring Antonio who wants something from him, probably attention, and just keeps bugging him and begging him to look up, and at a point he says; "Por favor, mi corazon!"
Then Romano does look up, and Antonio beams because he thinks that finally, he succeeded, but then Romano asks; "Did you just call me a croissant?"
And Antonio loses his shit, because ROMANO SPEAKS SPANISH
