See, in the Soviet Union, there is an entire fucking song dedicated to their stereotype of Italians, which is the song above-
Basically, the stereotype is that they are;
One, rich.
Two, drunk.
Three, gangsters.
Four, speak any language as long as they add 'no' and 'to' at the end of every single goddamn word.
So like

He just stares at him and probably asks; "Are you sure he's Italy?"
