In this business, we can't deny,
Customer loyalty, is what we desire.
To obtain this, there's one thing we need,
And that is excellent customer service.
The patrons should always be the top priority,
We should answer to their needs and every inquiry.
Ignoring them must always be out of the story,
When you're called, come to them immediately.
When they complain, give them solutions
Be polite, weigh every decisions.
You should remember that all your actions,
Always reflects the whole corporation.
