Jungkook third person pov:

She was here.
In their building
Talking with them
She was here

When she walked in, wearing that leather jacket, black stretchy pants, tight workout shirt, black ankle high boots, hair in loose curls falling slightly past her shoulders, and a simple bracelet with a word, Jungkook thought his heart stopped.

She was introduced, looked and bowed to each of them in turn. But when her eyes landed on him he instantly relaxed and beamed bright when she smiled at him. She also (not that he was counting. Much.) Looked at him the longest.

But then she started talking with Namjoon and then the rest of them. Although he was never more terrified than when Jimin almost spilled the beans. Lucky Namjoon Hyung was quick.

And then Jake started talking to her, and he found it very frustrating when they spoke quickly in English and he couldn't understand. Although he knew Jake was just introducing himself.

"If you're all ready we'll start now." Jake switched to Korean, and the boys nodded ready to begin.

"Follow me please." And they followed him out the room and down the hall. Somehow Yoongi Hyung ended up walking next to her, with Jungkook close enough behind to hear their conversation:

"So your cousins are army?"

"Yeah, big fans."

"Did you tell them that I helped you with a video?"

She lets out a laugh like a melody and harmony flowing together, "They already think that their going to get free tickets to all your future shows and fan meets, if I told them that you helped me with a video then they'd literally rip apart my computer trying to get the exact part of the song that you helped with. Not to mention coming up with a crazy story about how it all happened and posting it all over the internet."

Yoongi Hyung laughs and they turn a corner. "Yup their army alright. So you don't listen to k-pop?"

"Not when I'm in the US. But whenever I come here I get showered in k-pop."

Yoongi Hyung laughs again and they step through a door and into a large practice room, where another one of their instructors (Cheol) is already there. Once everyone is inside and gathered in a corner of the room, Cheol begins to talk.

The plan consists of the boys doing their choreography, while adding in clips of Diana doing contortion somewhere else, as well as her dancing with them. How this is all going to work is a wonder to Jungkook, but that's how it always feels when they start a new project, and so far everything has always worked out.

"Why don't we get warmed up and take it from there." Cheol says.

"Here?" Diana asks.

"Umm no, the boys can get warmed up in here, but we thought this would be a more suitable place for you." Jake says and opens large double doors that Jungkook hadn't noticed before revealing a huge gym like room.

A fourth of the floor is covered by large blue mats, then there's the large hanging net and above it ropes, hoops, and trapeze bars, not to mention all the trampolines and balance bars.

Diana is clearly in utter awe as she looks around the room with wide eyes, before taking a cautious step into the room, like a deer at the edge of a meadow. Jake follows her and they both take off their jackets and shoes. Pulling her hair into a ponytail, although some of her shorter hairs by her ears fall back down, Diana took a deep breath before warming up:

First running around the largest mat in a circle, then slowing to a walk, stretching right shoulder, stretching left shoulder, rolling neck, swing arms forward, backward. Then coming to a stop: rotate arms, reach up, reach down. Then came the splits and straddles: Placing each leg up on a stack of mats and slowly lowering down till her stomach and hips touched the ground, then sliding into a split with her front foot upraised. And the back stretches: Jungkook thought she really would snap in half when she balanced on her hands and slowly curled and uncurled her back over and over again.

Through all this, the boys were not so subtly watching her while "warming up". Which meant that every minute or so one of them would get yelled at for not paying attention and messing up. But Jungkook couldn't help it. She was so mesmerizing.

Finally Cheol called the warm up over and told them to get a drink when Jimin almost fell on his face. So the boys got their water and watched as Diana finished climbing up a rope upside down. How the hell can she do that as a warm up?
She landed and she and Jake started walking toward them. She's coming over! Jungkook started panicking, but oddly enough, when she sat down with them he started to relax.

Her ponytail was now messy and her face was red, but Jungkook thought she was the most beautiful person he'd ever seen.

Hosek handed her a bottle of water and she accepted it gratefully. "Will you show me how you do that roll thing?" Hosek asked after she'd had a few sips of water.

"You want to learn?" she questioned. To which he nodded eagerly. Hosek always liked learning new things.

"Do we have time?" She asked, glancing at Jake and Cheol.

"You have ten minutes." Cheol said looking at her with an appreciated smile.

"Come on then." She said getting up and leading the way to the large mat. Once they'd all gathered around she smiled and rolled her shoulders, before gracefully falling to the mat face first, arching her back like a worm. Once her stomach hit the mat she curled her legs over her shoulders and grabbed on them with her hands, and then she rolled.

She rolled and rolled until coming to the edge of the mat and elegantly standing back up on her feet. She turned back to them and bowed for they were now clapping.

"That's a contortion chest roll." She said in English and Namjoon translated.

"How do you... You..." Hoseok stumbled with the words in English and then made a rolling gesture with his hands.

"Like this." She said in Korean, before dropping into a backbend, then lowering to her arms and bending her legs, from there she grabbed her ankles and once more, rolled.

She untangled herself and smiled at them. "Are you sure you want to try this? I can show you something easier first." she asked again.

"Try." Jungkook said in English nodding.

"Ok," Diana said and shrugged. "Let's stretch first then" she said in Korean.

Jungkook, Hoseok, and Jimin, who wanted to try, all nodded their heads while Jin, Tae, Yoongi, and Namjoon all took a step back and sat down as if getting ready for a show.

Ok, just a quick question: who actually knows what a contortion chest roll is? (It's also just called a chest roll)

If you don't then I suggest looking it up because A- it's cool, and B- then you'll know the full extent of what Hoseok Oppa wants to do...
