Victoria's POV:

Ever since that day at Starbucks with Calum, we've gotten a lot closer and I'm glad we have. Calum is a really good guy. Although all he asks about is Mackenzie, I get that he wants to know more about her but I feel bad telling him all this stuff, can't he just ask Mackenzie himself? Today I got up early, today was the day Mackenzie gets to come home. I also got woken up by Calum, who decided to come over because he already wanted to make his way over to the hospital. "Are you ready?" He asked as I opened the door for him. I was still in my pjs so obviously I was not ready. He just woke me up. Am I supposed to magically get ready that fast?

"Do I look ready?" I say with the sarcasm obvious in my voice. He just looks me over and laughs and heads for the kitchen.

"Well hurry up and get ready." He says as he opens the fridge and pours himself a drink.

"Calum isn't it a bit early to drink?"

"It's never too early to drink!" Sometimes I feel like Calum is an alchoholic, well not really but he just loves to drink. He's always at clubs and drinking, or wanting to do both.

"I'll be upstairs getting ready, I'll be downstairs in a few, don't drink too much." I head upstairs and start getting ready. I have no idea what to wear. 'I have nothing to wear' says every girl. After tryong on every outfit I owned I finally decided to go with my first choice. Now I had a mess all over my room, great. I started cleaning it up when all of a sudden Calum comes running upstairs and barges into my room, "What's taking you so.."He stops talking and looks around my room, "Jeez did a hurricane strike or something?" I feel so embarassed. I can feel my face heating up.

"No,let's go." I say leaving the mess behind and grabbing my purse.

"Girls will be girls." Calum says behind me as we are walking down the stairs. Once we reach the bottom he heads back into the kitchen and grabs his car keys and phone, we decide to carpool in my car.

"Hi Mackenzie. Ready to come home?" I kiss her on the cheek and hug her. I miss her so much, she hasn't been home in a couple of nights and it's all because of me. I'm the worst person alive. I'm glad she decided to forgive me. A couple seconds later Luke comes out of the restroom in Mackenzie's room, I look over at him and then at her, "Did y'all have fun?" I playfully wink at her.

"Gross! No!" Mackenzie shoots at me before Luke can say anything.

"Calum is coming soon,he decided to stop by the food court. I don't know how he could like hospital food, but then again Calum is Calum and he will eat anything." Mackenzie just quickly nods at me and looks nervous.

"Hiya!" Calum comes into the room holding bags of chips. He says hi to Luke, but he doesn't say anything to Mackenzie. That's weird. Just this morning he was so excited to come see her. Hmm.. In fact when he saw Mackenzie he just shut up. That is weird! Calum never shuts up. I doubt he would shut up even if a gun was being held to his head. I decide to break the silence between them, "How are you guys?"

"Us?..Wait?What?" Calum spits out nervously. There's something fishy going on here.

"Yeah, us? There is no us!" Mackenzie yells at me.

"I wasn't saying it like that.." Now I know there is something definately going on here.

"Oh."

"Oh."

"Yeah so how are you?" I ask looking them over.

"I'm good." Calum says, taking a quick glance over at Mackenzie.

"I've been better." Mackenzie tells me, "I just want to go home. I'm really tired."

"I'll drive you home!" Calum volunteers.

"With what car?" I ask him, letting out a dry laugh.

"Shit." I cut him off, "Don't worry, drive her home. I'll carpool with Luke."

"Okay Tha.." I can't even hear the rest of what he says because him and Mackenzie ran out the door once I suggested that I would carpool with Luke. I don't mind Calum and Mackenzie hanging out, that's normal of them. But this? Calum and Mackenzie?!
