For years he had carefully planned out this day, down to the very last detail. He needed this to be perfect, to whoo you. He's loved you for years and has had to wait for three to finally have you with him. Despite the hardship of being long distance and only getting to visit on rare occasions, you both stuck through and made it to where you've wanted to be since day one. In just a few days, he would be there watching you walk across the stage, diploma in hand with an excited smile plastered across your face. Then, you would be going home with him.
You two have talked about getting married many times, but never knew when or how you were going to. Proposing has always been in the back of your mind, so many ideas and plans, but this is the one that stuck out the most: getting on one knee at graduation. He knew it would be memorable for you, yet didn't want to embarrass you, so he made a simple plan that wouldn't be so public as to do it in front of everyone there. He would be parked in the emptiest part of the parking lot, his car with a sign saying 'Will You Marry Me?' as well with streamers ribbons. He'll lead you there after telling you he has a gift for you and for you to keep your eyes closed.

Hoseok put on a white button up and black slacks as well as the cologne you had bought for him before leaving his hotel room. The drive wasn't too long, but it still gave him plenty of time to think of how perfect this would be and about how your new lives together will be. He was eager to be able to hold you in his arms every night and finally celebrate holidays with you and to take you places.
Once he pulled into the recently repaired, black-topped parking lot, he started getting to work on setting up the sign and decorations. Graduates had a meeting a little before guest were allowed in the school, so it gave him enough time before needing to retrieve you.
As he was decorating, other cars started slowly pulling in and watching what he was doing. He heard a few yells from cars telling him that what he was doing was cute, amongst other positive things. Once he was done, he checked his black plated watch before walking to the school entrance.
He texted you when he walked in the doors asking where to find you, it took you no time to respond to him.
You began to get excited knowing he was going to be with you in just a few seconds. You couldn't wait to hug him and kiss his sweet lips. Just as you were getting lost in the thoughts of Hobi, you felt a tap on your shoulder. You whipped around to see your boyfriend smiling at you. You squealed and happily hug him.
"I have a surprise for you baby bear," he whispered as you two hugged.
You pulled away, "oh?"
"Close your eyes."
"You're not going to do anything weird are you?" You questioned.
He scoffed, "Just close your eyes dummy."
You giggled and complied as he lead you out of the building holding your hand. After walking for longer than 60 seconds you could tell he park kind of far away, which was weird but you didn't question it too much as he was an odd person. Once you stopped walking he let go of your hand and you pouted.
"Can I open my eyes?"
"Nope," he replied, popping the p for emphasis.
Be walked behind you quietly and got down on one knee before speaking.
"Go ahead and open your eyes baby."
You opened them and immediately were confused at the sign in front of you.
"Babe, you're joking right?" You just barely whispered.
He grabbed your hand gently and had you turn around. You closed your eyes and pressed your lips together trying not to cry.
"Y/N, I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Do you want to spend yours with me?"
You nodded, still holding back tears as he snaked the ring on your finger. He stood up and embraced you tightly.
"I love you prince/ss," he kissed your forehead and cooed, "let's get back in okay?"
