Mind Breaker- Chapter 2

~Hitoshi's POV~

I throw the tarp over the bike and sneak into the apartment.

I find the right one, and walk in.

"We really lucked out this time Nico. These people actually left some food when they went on their damn vacation." I say as Nico jumps down from my arms and climbs onto the couch.

"I'm tired, cause I've been driving non-stop for the past 8 hours." I walk into the nearest room and look around.

I flop down on the bed, dropping my bed on the side.

I don't bother changing out of my clothes and fall asleep.

I wake up to Nico meowing loudly in my ear.

"What you lazy cat?" I mumble. "I'm sleeping." I turn over, but he doesn't stop.

"Oh for the love of-!" I sit up and look around the room.

Nothing out of the ordinary.

"What is up with you?" I ask as I stand up and walk to the kitchen.

I check the time on the stove.

1:47 P.M.
I slept for a while.

I make myself a bowl of cereal and sit at the table.

I take out my laptop and pull up anything on Erasurehead.

Underground Hero... not very known... blah blah blah.
God, I hope he didn't think anything of it.
Especially the fact that I'm 15 and I lied by six years.

I guess to a sharp eye I do look young, but still.

Either way, I drove for a while.

I'm towns upon towns over.
They won't be able to find me.

I close the laptop and put it back in my backpack.

I hear the sound of a knock on the front door.

Shit.

I slowly take out two blades and make my way down the hall to the door.
I pull on my mask.
I mess with the controls for a moment before deciding on a voice.

"Yes!?" I call.
The voice sounds kinda gruff.

If this is Erasurehead, I can't risk anything.
Either way, I have to get whoever this is away.

"Delivery for a Mind Breaker!" The voice calls.

Shit!

In a second, the door is burst open and officers and Heroes come in from all places.

I turn my head to the left at the sound of Nico.
