Mind Breaker- Chapter 22

~Hitoshi's POV~

"Hey, Hitoshi! Where are you going? We were gonna all study together." Kaminari says, stopping me from reaching the elevator.

I breathe in and out to calm myself, before turning around.

"I'm actually really tired, so I'm gonna go to sleep." I say, backing away to the elevator.

"Oh okay." He says.

"Yeah." I take the elevator to the second floor and walk into my room. I lock the door behind me.

Nico meows worriedly as I walk into my bathroom.

I take off my jacket and shirt and reach under the sink.

I take out the bottle of pink cream and try to pour some on my left hand, but none comes out.

No. No. No!

I throw the bottle, and it hits the wall and then falls to the ground.

"Damnit!" I yell.

I raise my fist and punch my mirror, cracking it.

I pull away and look at the blood on my hands.

"Shit." I mutter.

I take out the bandages and wrap it around my left hand.

I laid on my back on the bed until around 1 AM.

"Nico. My arm feels like it's gonna fall off. I'm gonna need to sneak out of UA." I say.

Nico meows and starts hitting the side of my head with his paw.

"I'll be fine." I say, picking him up and placing him on the floor.

I walk to my closet and open it.

I take out black jeans, a black shirt and black jacket. I put it on. Then my boots and black gloves. I grab my voice modifier and strap that on as well.

"You coming with Nico?" I ask.

He runs up to me and his tail wraps around my ankle.
I smile, and lean down and pick him up. I pull my hood over my head and walk out of my room.

I take the elevator downstairs and walk out of the dorms.

~Aizawa's POV~

I'm going to Class 1-A's dorms to talk to Hitoshi.

Yes, it's 1AM, but he's definitely awake right now.

And so, I walk out of the teachers dorms and walk to class 1-A's dorms.

When I get there, I see Hitoshi walking out of the dorms.

I almost didn't recognize, or see, him as he wore all black and his hood was pulled over his face.
But the bright green eyes of Nico shone in the dark night.
