SAME DAY:

Back at the beach, Virtue and Exodus were back in the water and the sun was shining bright as ever. It was passed the peak of the day so the sun wasn't burning them out. Right now they were back in the water and this time her floaties weren't on her arms. Exodus convinced her that she needs to learn how to float without her floaties.

"Relax Virtue," Her body tensed up under his arms as she tried to concentrate. She just didn't want to drown. "Look at me, love. Let your arms fall wherever they may, calm down. Become the water." He encouraged her as he held her afloat.

She finally relaxed and allowed her mind to move with the waves that were crashing against her. Once she felt that she was relaxed enough, he gently removed his arms from under her and watched her float. Her eyes were open but she was relaxed. He decided to stand next to her just in case if she looses concentration.

He watched her curly hair flow in the water as it moved endlessly and effortlessly. "Look at you, floatin' and carrying on." He hyped her and all she could do was smile. After feeling like she floated for a while, she got up and looked into the water and wanted to go further in the water.

"I wanna feel the waves, take me." She threw out and he looked at her crazy.

"You can feel the waves right here." He shut her down and she playfully slapped his chest.

She wrapped her arms around his neck and she effortlessly wrapped her legs around his torso. "Please?" She asked and this time he couldn't resist those puppy dog eyes that she was giving him.

He gave her a look that was a bit unreadable but she read his energy. It read caution. She didn't know why but it seemed like he was protecting something, but she couldn't quite put her finger on it.

He held her securely and began slowly walking deeper in the water. Once he felt that they were deep enough, he stopped and let the waves crash over them. She enjoyed the water crashing against him but she couldn't fully enjoy it because she felt Exodus energy and it was only getting stronger. She had to know what was wrong.

She moved on her hands down to the middle of his back and kept on arm around his neck. She laid her head on his shoulder, turning away from him because now she was nervous to see his face.

"What's wrong?" She asked him as her nerves were about to take over.

"Nothing is wrong." He shorted her. Just from his response, she knew that his aura has changed which led her to believe that something is on his mind.

"My discernment can counteract that. Tell me." Her voice was soft as her nervousness crawled up her spine.

She awaited his answer but she was just met with silence. She lifted her head off of his shoulder and rested her eyes upon him who was looking at nothing. She softly grabbed his bearded chin and made him look at her.

His orbs bore into hers as she tries to read them. He effortlessly held her while the waters crashed which didn't seem to phase the two at the moment.

He wanted to ask her about her love life. He wanted to figure out if she was still in love with Milan but he already knows the answer to that question. His feelings for her remained the same and truthfully this was what Virtue was talking about. She felt that there was going to be a moment in time where their thoughts are going to peek in and stir up something.
