"Sly Fox"

"Who's that?"

I couldn't believe what I'm seeing. Is that really Mel?

What on earth is she doing here?

"Astrid, isn't that your friend?" Lia asked.

Moon's facial expression changed. It was far worse than earlier when we got counseling from her.

"I presume this is your mess?" she said. 

Moon was just looking at me directly and I can feel her disappointment and anger. 

"Astrid, why so bummed?" Mel asked.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"You're not my friend. Mel would never do something like this?" 

"What's this surrounding the mansion?" there were mists of orange fume covering the entire main hall. When I saw it I immediately asked her. "Sorry?" Mel replied.

"How can I not be your friend? I'm Mel, right?" she replied. Everyone was appalled when they saw my friend transformed into someone different from her personality.

"Did you know that your friend had this kind of power?" Lia asked.

"Maybe she was hiding this a secret from you?" Alexis added.

"No, that can't be. I know my friends since we were all young. If Mel had that kind of peculiarity, I would have known." I said. "But, didn't you do the same? Leaving your friends because of your peculiarity? Perhaps Lia and Alexis was right, Mel has the same power as us?" Lilac stated.

I looked at Moon. I saw her face, it's like she's overserving her very meticulously. 

As time pass by, the fume grew larger and larger in scope. "Cover your nose!" Moon shouted.

There were only a few remaining people who are in the middle of the main hall. 

"Wa-wait what?" Anthony responded. 

"Huh?" as well as Shai.

The two fell on their knees as soon as they inhaled the orange fume covering the entire mansion. 

"What's happening?"

"Just keep covering your noises, don't let the fume get through your nose." Moon instructed. 

"Look for somewhere to hide where there's no trace of this orange fume." 

"Astrid, are you going to leave me alone again?!" Mel shouted.

We were shocked because of Mel's sudden shout that was heard by everyone. "What?", "Don't you believe me that I have the same power as you?" Mel asked me.

I couldn't utter anything, it's like my tongue was paralyzed for the moment. "Well then, I'll show you," she said. She raised her hands and even released more orange fume.

"What on earth is she?"

Everyone was dumbfounded and couldn't speak that much since we all have a high risk of sniffing the fume that could make us unconscious like what happened to Shai and Anthony.

Mel's eyes gleamed like before. I saw her eyes did the same thing when we were alone at our house. "What's happening here?!" I asked her. 

"Can't you see? I just want to welcome you. Since I want to thank you for bringing me back to life." she replied. I have no single idea of what she's talking about. "Ba-back to life?"
