Chapter 4~The wedding

It had been more than a month, since Kaira are together, and finally it was the day of their marriage! The day, when Naira will be officially Kartik's.

Akshara was still in Rishikesh, searching for Naira! She had promised not to return, without taking Naira from there! Kartik knew the whole truth, and Naira always kept herself away from Akshara!

"Jaan, finally it's our wedding tomorrow! I am so excited!" Kartik said as Naira kept her head on his shoulder

She was lost in some thoughts, she didn't say anything to what Kartik was speaking

"Naira? What happened? Are you fine?" Kartik asked holding Naira's hand

"Kartik, I miss my family! They must have had so many wishes and dreams for my marriage right? But, because of mumma, everything got ruined! She was going to get me arrested, I was never wrong Kartik! Then why? Why am I not with my family today! Only because of mumma, so many things happened!" Naira said as tears rolled down her cheeks

"Jaan, I don't want you to cry! Shh! Please don't cry, we are in this together, and whatever happens, it happens for a reason! So now, no crying!" Kartik said wiping her tears

"Sorry Naira! What I am going to do, you will not like it! But I have to do it! One misunderstanding, took you away from your family, and I will never want you to stay away from them! Because I know how it feels, no matter how much we are upset wih them, at the end of the day, they are our family, we do love them, we do miss them! Akshara aunty, told me the whole story, I know it was all a misunderstanding, and so I will clear it!" Kartik thought as he hugged Naira

Akshara didn't know about Kartik and Naira being together! She didn't know the fact that Kartik knows Naira and they are going to get married.

"You love birds, will you come now? We have to go to the Mandir, and then shopping for the marriage tomorrow right?" Kritika said.

"Naira, come let's go! And now smile." Kartik said as Naira wore a scarf to hide her face

"Akshara, when will you come back? It's been more than a month, and still you are searching for her! I don't think Naira is in Rishikesh! The whole family misses you Akshara, please come back!" Naitik said on a video call

"No Naitik! Because of me, my Naira came here! And I will not return without her! I know she is here, I saw her the other day, and I have a feeling she is here!"

"Akshara, I am coming to Rishikesh today! We both will search for her." Naitik said

"No Naitik! Why do you want to come here? I am fine, and soon I will be coming back with our daughter, Naira!"

"Akshara, we were always together in everything! So now also, we will search for her together!" Naitik said and after some time kept the call

"Call the Bride!" The priest called and Kritika entered with the bride, Naira!

Kartik was just looking at his love! He was mesmerized by her look.

They took 7 rounds and vows, finally they were married!

"Congratulations Kartik and Naira! Have a happy married Life." Kritika said hugging Naira

After sometime, Naira saw Akshara entering the Mandir! She started panicking

"Kartik, let's go from here! Please! Don't ask anything, but let's go! Fast!" Naira said panicking

"What happened Naira? Tell me first! We have to do the pooja yet! After that, we will go!" Kartik said calming Naira, but she didn't listen

"Kartik, please. Please, let's go!" Naira said and took Kartik from there

"Was there a marriage going on here?" Akshara asked the priest

"Yes, Kartik and Na.....!" The priest said but got cut off when a lady spoke

"Where should I keep this?" The lady asked and the priest went there

"Kartik? Is it the same Kartik who I met? If yes, then who is the girl? No, I think it's some other Kartik!" Akshara thought to herself and went to do the pooja

"Naira, what happened? Why did you come from there? What is wrong?" Kartik asked Naira as the reached their home

"Kartik, mumma! She was there in the Mandir, I don't want to meet her! I hate her Kartik, I hate her!" Naira said crying

"Naira! Shh! Calm down, today I don't want to see any tears in your eyes, jaan! I love you so much, and I am always with you no matter what happens!" Kartik assured

"Come, do the grah pravesh!" Kritika said and Naira, Kartik entered their home

"Finally my idiot friend, got someone for himself! Naira, you will have to bear him for the rest of your life!" Karan said laughing

"What did you say? I am an idiot? No, it's you who is an idiot! Kritika knows that very well na?" Kartik replied to which Kritika nodded

"I am fine with bearing this mendak's tar tar! Afterall he is my frog Prince!" Naira said smiling

"Haaye, I love you jaan!" Kartik hugged Naira and kissed on her forehead

"Love birds, now come and have food! Already it's so late!" Kritika said

Kartik and Naira went near the table hand in hand

"I am so lucky to have you in my life Kartik! You made me believe that love exists, and if we truly love someone, we can do anything to get that person! You brought happiness to my life Kartik! I love you so much Kartik!" Naira thought as she saw Kartik who was feeding her

"Naira, soon you will have to go to Udaipur! Away from me, away from your love! I know it's hard for both of us, but soon I will come to take my wifey back! But before that, I have to first get things solved between Naira and her mother! Then convince both our families about our marriage! But Naira, I am always with you, and I will never let anything happen to you again!" Kartik thought making Naira eat the next bite
