Chapter 13~wedding preparations

Naira got up to see the most beautiful sight, her husband sleeping, she kissed his forehead

"Good morning!" She said with a smile and got up to go, but Kartik pulled her back and cuddled with her

"Good morning jaan!" Kartik said kissing her

"Kartik, we need to go to Kritika and Karan's place na? Did you forget?" Naira asked

"You first tell me, how are you?" Kartik asked

"I am fine. Get up now!"

"You were tired na? Are you feeling better now?" He asked again

"Haan Kartik! Main bilkul theek hu. Ab uth jao, Kritika and Karan will be waiting for us." Naira said standing in front of the mirror

Kartik got up, and hugged Naira from behind and kissed her cheek, making Naira blush a little

"Kartik, this house has so many beautiful memories na!" Naira said smiling

"Every moment I spent with you are the most beautiful memories of my life jaan!" Kartik said hugging her

"Mine as well Kartik! I just hope that our families accept us together, and then we can stay together happily." Naira said with a smile

"Of course they will Naira. I love you so much jaan! I will convince our families just the way I convinced you." Kartik replied smiling, Naira remembered the moments they had together when Kartik proposed her.

"Now can we go to their home? Or you want to stay here itself?" Naira said

"We both will stay here, that is better!" Kartik said

"No need. I am going, if you want you come!" Naira said as she was getting ready

"Accha fine! Let's go then." Kartik said

They both left their mansion and reached Kritika and Karan's place

"Wow, you came so early!" Karan said sarcastically looking at the watch, as it was 1 in the afternoon

"Karan, you also just woke up! At least they woke up, got ready and came!" Kritika said

"That's very bad Karan! You should get up early na." Kartik said

"Oh hello! You also don't get up early. I woke you up, because I wanted to come here." Naira said looking at Kartik

"Jaan, you should support your husband na!"

"I will, but not when you are lying!" Naira said

"You both are super cute together." Kritika said looking at them

"What about me babydoll?" Karan asked smiling

"You are the most handsome boy I know." Kritika said smiling

"Ehem ehem!" Naira and Kartik bought them back to reality

"So, we have lots of work to do today! Sunday is the wedding na." Karan said changing the topic

"Kritika you come with me! We will decide lehengas for the wedding and then we will apply mehendi today." Naira said taking Kritika inside

"Karan, I am telling you! Enjoy your last day of freedom today." Kartik said as Naira and Kritika went inside

"Naira, see Kartik is telling something!" Karan called making Kartik glare at him

"You are so dead today Karan." Kartik said slowly

Naira and Kritika were choosing the outfits, till then the girls who apply mehendi, came

Both of then sat to apply it

"Whose name should we write?" They asked

"Karan."

"Kartik."

They saw Kartik and Karan entering the room

Kartik came and sat next to Naira and Karan sat beside his babydoll

Till then Naira got Gayu's call

"Kartik I have mehendi in my hand! Just answer and tell that I will call later na." Naira said

Kartik answered the call without seeing who it was

"Naira said she will call later!" Kartik said making Gayu shocked hearing his voice

Before she could say something, he kept the call as the decorators arrived

"That was Kartik! Why is he having Naira's phone?" Gayu said herself

"What happened beta?" Rama asked slowly as she entered

"Dadi, I just called Naira, and Kartik answered the call! Why does he have her phone?" Gayu said

"Maybe she was busy, so she said Kartik to answer the call!" Rama said

"But why is she with him? I don't know why but I feel something is hidden. Something, none of us know! We shouldn't have allowed them to go together."

"Nahi beta! Sunday is the wedding na. So of course they will be in their best friend's place na? For decorations and shopping!"  Rama explained but Gayu was still not convinced

"Beta, they are just best friends, and Naira will never do anything that will hurt you! You are her sister, even closer than what Kartik is for her. They are good friends, that's all!"

"And if there was something between them, then Naira would tell us na! She didn't tell anything na, so don't worry! And did you decide? What is your answer? Yes or no?" Rama asked

"I really love Kartik, dadi!" Gayu said but stopped thinking what Kartik had said her when she met him for the first time

"Now this marriage will stop only if you say no!" These words from Kartik, kept ringing in her mind

"What if he loves someone else?" Gayu thought

"Beta, don't think much! You still have time to think, so think and let me know. If you truly love someone na, then bhagwaan ji will also get you both together, no matter what happens!" Rama said, that was when Gayu was convinced

"I know Naira will never do anything that would hurt me. I truly love Kartik, but he wants me to say no for this proposal. I am really confused now!" Gayu thought

"Gayu beta, come down for lunch!" Akshara called out

"Coming maami!" Gayu replied and went down.
