-From your POV-

I was home alone when I heard knocking at the front door. I opened it and Tom was standing there patiently. I smiled widely and pulled him in by his collar, catching him by surprise. I pulled him into a kiss and held nothing back. He pulled away and his eyebrow furrowed in confusion. "What's wrong?" I ask him.

"Nothing, I just wasn't expecting this as a hello." he says.

"Well when you've been on a five-week ban from all physical activity and finally have the house to yourself, yeah." I explain to him before giving his collar another light tug. "So, can we pick up where we left off or no?" I ask. He just barely smirks before his hands find my back and pull me back into a kiss.

We had managed to fumble upstairs to my bedroom when things got heated and soon, clothing items were flying off. My shirt was already off and I began working at taking Tom's off before he stopped me. I looked at him in confusion. "Is something wrong?" I ask him.

"No, just- leave my shirt." he says.

"Why?" I ask, utterly confused.

"Nothing important- or for you to worry about- just leave it on." he says. I'm still confused as to why he's being such a stickler about it, but seeing as that it's only a plain grey t-shirt, I just shrug and continue on, leaving it alone.

After the deed was done, we laid in my bed and talked for awhile; he explained to me his crazy cult and I tried to wrap my mind around it. "So these people just do whatever you ask?" I ask for clarification. He nods his head yes and explains the power and fear he holds over them. He then went on and explained that he killed the Jenkins and then convinced Christopher and Henry that it was Mudbloods and turned them to his side. It was all quite clever, really. But then again, Tom always had been quite the mastermind.

"And I want you to be in command with me, Y/n." he explained firmly.

"You want me to lead with you?"

"Yes. I trust no one else in the world to lead alongside me, unless it's you. Nobody else is as smart and powerful, nor my fair match. But you? You are." he explains. He's holding onto my hand now, not tightly, but still quite firmly. His eyes are wide and intense, almost in an unfamiliar way, but they're so enticing.

"Of course, Tom. I would love nothing more." I say softly, causing the corners of his mouth to slightly turn upward and to gently squeeze my hand.

"You are going to become their Queen, Y/n. They will bow to your feet and there will not be a single thing that you want and don't have." he promises. I smile and he kisses me again.

Just under two weeks had gone by and everything had been going well; Tom had introduced me to the Underground and his followers. His following was only growing more and more by the minute, and every night we made it a habit of reading a chapter of a dark arts book together before going to sleep.

Sometimes I would sleepover at the Jenkins' mansion with him, and sometimes I'd sleep in my own bed. It altered quite a lot.

On this particular morning though, I woke up and did not feel good. I hadn't felt good for the past three days in a row and was tempted to go get tested for the flu. I was sitting in my bed in pajamas and my dad came in to check on me. "Still sick?" he asks and I just nod.

"I threw up last night before bed but all I feel now is like really intense heartburn." I explain to him.

"Have you eaten anything this morning?"

"No and that's the weird part." I start. "I really want to eat, but I haven't eaten and I STILL have heartburn." I tell him. He let's out a sigh of defeat.

"Alright, well, don't forget your insurance card if you do go to the clinic today." he says before giving me a kiss on the forehead. "Hope you feel better, sweetheart." he says before leaving. I stand up and switch out my pajamas for jeans a hoodie.

I went downstairs and began looking around for my shoes when I plugged my nose. "What's wrong with you?" Eva asked in the kitchen.

"Whatever you're cooking makes me want to throw up again." I say as I continue looking around.

"It's just eggs and bacon. You literally eat eggs and bacon all the time." she says in confusion. I shrug as I finally spot my shoes and begin tugging them on.

"I don't know, but if I smell it for one more minute we'll be cleaning vomit off the walls." I say as I finish scraggling the laces together and standing up. "See ya." I say as I leave out the door.

After what felt like forever, the doctor finally came back in with a clipboard in hand while I was sitting on the small table in the room, kicking my feet in boredom. She closed the door behind her and sat down. "Ms. Sorcier, none of the swabs for the Flu or Strep came back positive, so we took the blood sample you gave and sent that and we might've found the culprit." my eyebrows furrowed.

"If it's not either of those then why am I so sick?I mean, it literally came out of nowhere and I can't think of anyone I've been around whose been sick with anything serious. Only a brush with the cold or something. " I explain in confusion. She hesitantly sets here clipboard down in her lap and crosses her legs.

"Well, Ms.Sorcier, I know you're very young so this might come as shock to you." she starts. "But your blood results- specifically the hormone and glucose levels are all giving me a clear sign that you're in your first trimester."
