Matt's POV

"Nice to meet you Stefanie" I said and she looked hesitant "don't worry, we are good all is forgotten and am sorry" I gave her a hug

"Am sorry too" she said, getting out of the hug looking at everyone.

"Hi George, am glad you came" he smiled as he gave me a hug "are you the one that told those three idiots to come" I asked pointing at Carlos, Jack and Theo

"They had the fastest way to get here" I nodded going to Santiago, giving him a hug

"You're a busy man, am glad you came" he laughed. He is a tough guy, Mr nonsense but he is a softie when it comes to his son.

"When my son calls crying for help I had to come instantly" Santiago said and we both laughed looking back at Carlos who is pouting

"I think your in trouble" I whispered to Santiago

"Nah, he will get over it" I walked over to Carlos, Jack and Theo hugging them into a group hug.

"Am glad you came, I really appreciate it" I said

"We have to be there for each other no matter what" Theo said as I moved back to Asher kissing him on the forehead before sitting down next to him, with a big smile.

"I have to go" Santiago said getting up "nice meeting you all" he moved to Carlos "call me when you need me love you" Carlos nodded hugging him. Santiago said bye to everyone before getting out of the room

"Asher meet Alpha Derrick my dad and his sister" I said and Asher got up going close to Alpha Derrick "don't scare him" I warned pointing at Alpha Derrick and he rolled his eyes.

"Welcome to the family" Alpha Derrick said giving Asher a hug that he wasn't ready for

"Ah...thank you sir" Asher replied unsure

"Call me Derrick" Asher nodded, he greeted them all and ended with my friends. We all sat there and kept quiet for minutes "so what are we going to do now?"

"I would really want to kill them all but with both creatures involved we need a plan and help" I said and everyone nodded

"My dad can get help" Carlos said and we all looked at him "what? we all know he has his ways and nothing is ever too big for him"

"He is right do you know he made our clan leader Albert steal me from the clan" Asher said and we all got startled by this "yeah but they seemed to hate each other because Albert said "I hope I never see you again" and Santiago replied with "I will make sure I put a bullet in you the next time I see you"

"See, he can get help" Carlos said and we all nodded

"We need someone inside the pack, someone close to the Alpha and someone inside the clan" Alpha Derrick said "if we expose that they have deals with each other, we can make them fall"

"I can ask my dad, he is close to Albert but I will have to lie to him about what he is looking for, he trusts the man so much it's depressing" Asher said rolling his eyes making me laugh "it's true even when he forced me to marry his daughter my parents acted as if they didn't see me being sad about it"

I feel bad he had to go through that alone "what about Clayton?" Theo asked and I thought about it

"Let us use Logan" I said

"And how do you trust him"Jack asked, he hates the guy as if he met him before

"I don't but I will have to risk because when we left he had started doubting Clay, we can try" it's not like I trust him but he is our only chance

"Excuse us, we will talk about this some other time, let us leave it for a while and strike when they least expect it" Alpha Derrick said getting up with Daniella, Stefanie and George. We stayed there only the five of us. I looked back at my friend's really glad they came, when I was sent to LA, I thought it would all stay the same but then I got them and George and  I was so glad I got kicked out of the pack back then

"You have all caught up with my life, what's new in all your lives" they all looked at me as if I said that in Italian "I mean any girlfriends and apparently boyfriends" they all laughed as Asher chuckled in my chest

"Matt in case you don't remember you're the only gay one here" Theo said and I threw a pillow at him, he groaned after it hit him on the head "stop being abusive"

"I pray that one of you turns gay" they all looked at each other shaking their heads no

"Think we are good" Jack said and I looked at Carlos who looked to be deep in thought, I wonder what he is thinking about.

"Carlos are you good" he looked startled and I wonder what is wrong with him "you look deep in thought"

"Nah, am good" he tried masking it but am not leaving it alone.

"You can tell us" he just started crying and that made me stand up, Carlos never cries just out of the blue. Something has to be troubling him, I kneeled in front of him "what is wrong?" I asked really worried

"I thought I lost you" he cried hugging me tightly.

"Am good now, it's fine" he cried even more and I wondered what is wrong now.

"You didn't see how we found you, so pale, you were barely breathing and you wouldn't even open your eyes. You looked to be in pain" he cried on  my shoulder "I thought I might lose you, yet we promised to be there for each other am so sorry"

I don't know what to say except hold him tight, I really scared him "it wasn't your fault and you don't need to apologise, I should say sorry for scaring you" they all joined in the hug "am really sorry guys, I didn't mean to scare you guys like that"

We all moved out of the hug when Carlos calmed down "we should always be there for each other, that happened and we were not there to help you" Jack said

"And am glad you weren't there, it would kill me to see you all get in danger because of me" I moved back to sit next to Asher and he is trying to wipe away his tears, not wanting me to see them "what's wrong" I whispered in his ear

"Excuse me" he said standing up and storming out of the room going up the stairs making me sigh knowing full well that what Carlos said made him feel guilty again.

"Guys am sorry, I will see you soon I need to talk to Asher now" they all nodded and I headed up the stairs. I ran all the way up and found him sitting on the bed with his knees on his chest crying, I walked all the way to him and hugged him tight letting him let it all out "I love you" I whispered

"I love you and you shouldn't blame yourself for anything, it breaks my heart seeing you like this" I whispered and he got out of the hug looking at me. He watched me without saying a word, just observing me with his eyes moving from my eyes to my nose, then my lips and back to my eyes

He looked at me as if he has mad the biggest decision of his life, I looked at his dark brown eyes looking at me with so much desire "I love you more than words could ever explain" he said getting onto my lap "and I want you"
