Josh POV

I walk up to Chloe's room and see an empty space with nothing but a dresser, a bed, and a few things on the wall.
Her bed sheets are gone
Her clothes are gone
Her spirit is gone.
I look to the opened closet and see a picture. That is shattered. Shattered so bad it can't be replaced.
It's the amusement park picture.
----FLASHBACK----
"Get in." Chloe says.
I do as she says. She starts my car and gets on the highway.
"Chloe where are we going?" I ask.
She doesn't answer. We drive for about 20 minutes.
She drives onto a field and stops the car in the middle of it.
She turns to me then says, "get out."
I open the door and get out.
She grabs my hand and walks me towards the end of the field. I see a hill then an array of sand.
"what are we doing?" I whine.
She leads me down the hill then says, "Look."
She points to the sunset. I turn my head towards it.
"Isn't it beautiful."
I look at her then grab her waist and spin her towards me. She wraps her arms around my neck.
"Is this what you wanted to show me?" I ask.
"Yes."
"Well it is beautiful." I say bringing her closer.
"I couldn't miss it." She replies pushing her hair behind her ear.
"I wanted to get away from madness." She adds
"Nothing's madness when I'm with you." I say
Before she could reply I grab her cheeks and pull her lips to mine.
She laughs then kisses back.
Nothing in the world mattered more than this moment. With Chloe.
----END OF FLASHBACK----
I feel a tear fall down my cheek as I stare at the picture.
I reach down and move the glass out of the way and take the picture out of its frame.
I fold it into my pocket.
Then think of something and rush down the stairs.
Everyone was out of the car talking to Chloe's mom.
I grab the keys and rush into my car.
She can't leave.

I love this chapter even though it's kind of sad! Yay! It's the weekend!!!
